There is a lot that I personally really like about Docket Manager. For me, it has been really helpful to be able to see the different queues where orders are sitting.

Overall the experience with the product and the company has been positive. Customer service and support have been very responsive to my needs and have been easy and enjoyable to work with.

The pricing functions are robust and help develop stable prices across all estimators. The work order process helps keep the workflow moving.

There is a great family behind this product updates and often.

Was able to pick it up quickly due to ease of use and natural flow. Being geared to the printing industry was an obvious benefit.

I like the online stores, I like that Support is minutes away not hours.

I dislike that you cannot duplicate templates from group to group. IE a 5x7, 4/0 could go under invitations or postcards or business forms.

This was especially annoying during the time that I was spending 16 hours a day at the office trying to get the program set up.

Went with DM because of on-line b2b portal integration. Setup took some time which is to be expected when setting up a system such as this, however, the support was fantastic.

Each section of Docket Manager has a straight forward user interface, that places content into locations where you would expect to find it.

Tech support is over above other software we've used.

I cannot speak to this 100%, but I do know that our accounting team has really struggled the most with Docket Manager.

They keep making improvements and updates do not cost anything.

It bothers me that I have to click in boxes that are highlighted. Some boxes you don't have to click into others you do.

The software improves for the community, and there is great communication between the customers and Docket Manager.

It has been a hard transition from Franklin Estimating to Docket Manager. With that said it was my ignorance of the pricing rather than any problem with DM.

Solid to work with all of the team is great to work with.

DocketManager helps us provide accurate pricing and track workflow of jobs through our shop. Allows us to keep an organized and clear view of what is happening whether we are on or off site.

Outsourcing is also a favorite of mine. Seamless integration of workorder, delivery ticket, invoice.

Support has been the strongest part of the picture for me. The staff is very knowledgeable and quick to respond.

One of the key benefits I liked is that it has so many pre-built layouts for a good 90 percent of your digital needs and it's very good at ganging up different jobs into the same medias.

The storefront is customizable and intuitive. The system, when used properly, has solid processes that delivers many, many efficiencies.

If you are a small press shop that does a lot of digital and offset, this is one of the better options out there for you. The Customer Support and overall work flow of this software is just great.

Ease of use, order status tracking and auto batching and queue to our presses are the main pros that drew us to to the software. Also, customer service was very good in helping decision making.

This program has allowed my company to grow rapidly while maintaining a good workflow. Creating accurate estimates and orders is easier to manage and maintain.

As such, we have now made these small jobs profitable and it really helps our business.

I push the envelope on all things I buy. I would say partial shipping is the feature that is the largest struggle.

This is an especially great software of you are a straight digital shop for sure.

It's been a positive and eye-opening experience. Our team has been managing our customer experience, production, inventory control, pricing, and storefront sales the same way for, literally, decades.

Sometimes updates have severely affected our templates and other areas of the system. A longer beta cycle may be necessary.

PressWise has streamlined our daily workflow and saved us money.

Very limited on XML commands for storefront templates.

Excellent company to work with. In addition, the sales and support staff are very quick to respond and very helpful and knowledgeable.

I feel that Presswise overall has been an excellent choice. It has the look and feel of a high dollar management system for a reasonable price.

I work in a small wide format shop and we used PressWise for a good six months before deciding to go with another piece of software.

But overall, for a smaller to medium-sized shop looking to automate workflow and estimating for a very reasonable price, it's a fantastic solution.

There are a lot of features, its hard to know how to use all of them.

Presswise opened up a whole host of new ways of looking at our operation and gave us the ability to modify our processes to better fit our internal needs and our customer's needs.

The developers are constantly working on features and issues. Support has been quite good.

There is no functionality for tracking and adding design time to projects.

There are many bugs and some of them have not been fixed; there is no account function so we have to export the data to Quickbooks for accounting.

The fact that we were able to set it up ourselves, the PW support team was great, the overall functionality is a good match for us operationally, with few exceptions.

The team at PressWise was very professional from the beginning and the support has been great.

It is one of the easiest MIS or ERP systems in the market. The initial cost is incredibly slow, it is very affordable product.

Integrating it into the accounting software we were already using. We have created a work around, but still not ideal.

Pricing tables are somewhat tedious to set up; handling multi-item orders in the quote is awkward, and there is no automated way to quote custom outsourced work.

PressWise is simple and intuitive to use. The documentation to learn the system is amazing.

The tech support is outstanding. I typically get a reply within 30 minutes to questions, and they're always available for phone consultation.

Storefront to imposition to shipping. Easy to use with 100's of options.

We are both a Indigo shop and we have a large format department which we were able to integrate into the software. BIG Thankyou to the staff for helping us grow smoothly.

Overall experience has been great. We procrastinated on our end and it was great having their team nudge us a long to get this software up and going.

We need to be able to impose for our HP10000 digital press which runs a B2 sheet. At this time we are not able to impose many of our projects in the PW workflow.

There some glitchy things that are annoying from time to time, but overall this has enhanced our productivity.

We have used presswise for 10 years now. The biggest plus for us was ease of use.

Has freed up our graphics team to do what they do best, and CSRs have more time to consult with customers versus just keying orders all day long. Support team has been amazing.

We use a lot of features making our day-to-day operations run more effectively. Reporting and admin tools are great.
