I love that the software integrates well with PrintSmith our printing and accounting software. The easy of using the different template options is a very simple process.

Awful administration page. Very difficult to master.

Lack of reporting and doesn't integrate with Australian shipping companies and can't connect to external DAM.

So if we decide to update pricing in one system, we have to update it in multiple places which causes more work and more potential for errors.

We have previewed other options in the past and StoreFront is always the clear winner.

The inability to route a product to a specific plant or printer. The routing is currently user location based.

Overall experience has been amazing. We have gained new customers with the system being user friendly.

No way to do that with this software. Can't even get to the Database to download from there.

I have a problem ticket still open from June of this year.

Overall the software is easy to use for both administrators and end users.

Support has always been great for the product when we have needed it, and professional services has always been great when needed.

A little difficult to navigate when there is a technical issue and customer service is not always efficient in fixing the issues in a timely manner.

Now it really does seem to be an exciting time to be working with it, as they have made some changes to the administration interface that will drastically improve the usability.

I personally am willing to discuss further how well it works and what it all can do as i am so pleased with EFI and there willingness to help anytime.

Problem connecting to Printsmith, and talking between programs.

Customer service and product support is very good. Techs are responsive and helpful.

I like the pricing component, it makes it very easy for the user to choose different options based on price.

We had difficulties with the integration of paper catalogs with the Xerox Versant 80 printer on the EFI rip.

Now we are forced to round up or down in MarketDirect instead of PrintSmiths pricing just automatically transferring.

The lack of being able to bundle and have the items flow to Radius.

Its very intuitive use allows quick installation of the elements. To allow us to integrate links is very practical to us in the sale of our products.

So, we searched for a clear, easy to use alternative and this was to publish a catalogue on Paperturn. A professional flip book with wonderful quality.

I love this software for its ease of use as well as all the options that make it possible to set up contents.

The pricing is my only challenge. It's not like you pay for one time price for your upload and for beginners it's a little stretch on the budget.

Making changes by simply reuploading our publication on top of itself is amazing.

When this happens, we then have to update all of our published links. It's just a minor annoyance.

Possibly the restrictions on numbers of publications available on the lowest subscription level.

My favorite part of this product is that our client can use this on their desktop and phone and there is NO DIFFERENCE between the quality and ease of use.

Rather than wasting time mailing hard copy issues, I can simply create a pageturn of our most recent issue and email them the link. From there they can view the full issue.
