I love that the software integrates well with PrintSmith our printing and accounting software. The easy of using the different template options is a very simple process.

Awful administration page. Very difficult to master.

Lack of reporting and doesn't integrate with Australian shipping companies and can't connect to external DAM.

So if we decide to update pricing in one system, we have to update it in multiple places which causes more work and more potential for errors.

We have previewed other options in the past and StoreFront is always the clear winner.

The inability to route a product to a specific plant or printer. The routing is currently user location based.

Overall experience has been amazing. We have gained new customers with the system being user friendly.

No way to do that with this software. Can't even get to the Database to download from there.

I have a problem ticket still open from June of this year.

Overall the software is easy to use for both administrators and end users.

Support has always been great for the product when we have needed it, and professional services has always been great when needed.

A little difficult to navigate when there is a technical issue and customer service is not always efficient in fixing the issues in a timely manner.

Now it really does seem to be an exciting time to be working with it, as they have made some changes to the administration interface that will drastically improve the usability.

I personally am willing to discuss further how well it works and what it all can do as i am so pleased with EFI and there willingness to help anytime.

Problem connecting to Printsmith, and talking between programs.

Customer service and product support is very good. Techs are responsive and helpful.

I like the pricing component, it makes it very easy for the user to choose different options based on price.

We had difficulties with the integration of paper catalogs with the Xerox Versant 80 printer on the EFI rip.

Now we are forced to round up or down in MarketDirect instead of PrintSmiths pricing just automatically transferring.

The lack of being able to bundle and have the items flow to Radius.

I really liked the features Onprintshop offers at a very affordable pricing, moreover has options to customise and add on features.

We have a diverse and complex product line selling signs of all shapes and sizes. OPS is flexible enough to allow us to price our products out dynamically.

They are incredibly responsive and easy to work with.

And very good customer support. If there is a problem, you can contact them by mail or chat and they'll help you right away.

The flexibility of the software to customize to our own requirements has been the most important factor for us. Both front end and admin side for this software is very simple and intuitive to use.

That we have to pay for every change/ or custom theme that we needed changed.

Its very easy to use, straight forward to show customers and our corporate customers love that we can customise there interface with their logo and colours.

Software  is very easy to use and customer service is great. They are always 24 / 7 to support any issue.

The options under the hood are well thought out, developed for easy integration and work exactly as expected.

Some features are still missing. Fortunately, there are each 3 months updates in the system and if it's possible, they'll implement the issue into the new update.

Limitation on provided templates for limited sizes.

The product is stable and solid without any issues. It is a pleasure to use with predictable results.
