Amazing Order Management Software
It is a life-saving utility for order management.
PROSIt is very user friendly, easy-to-use order management software.
CONSIt could be better with integrations to other softwares.

Complicated and Expensive
The customer service is excellent, the product over priced and complicated.
PROSI liked the ability to load the catalogs from other suppliers and customize products and add them into the website
CONSWebsite builder limited, it's a lot of work to get this off the ground, it was really expensive. They told me I could run 30k through it easy and I never even made my money back.

Good Product
Product is very easy to use and setup. It takes very little time to setup a brand new basic store for a customer.
CONSCustomization options are somewhat limited. Would like to be able to have 1 product listed and the customer chose the logo they want instead of having to make each product individually. Also, cannot bulk add products to stores which makes store making a little time consuming if you have more advanced or larger stores.

Industry Specific Software
With Inksoft, we are now able to cater to a wider market of people's needs. They can use their own artwork, manage their own approvals and when the customer approves their art, it takes the liability off the company for mistakes in grammar or spelling.
PROSWe have the deluxe version with the Design Studio and the Point-Of-Sale system. The training takes a bit, but they go at your pace. Our customers love the ease of use from the design and purchasing standpoint and we like the capabilities from the back end. The best part is the unlimited support. Their support (and even sales) team are ready to ask any question, no matter how stupid or how many times you have asked it.
CONSHard to catch on at first, and some of the features are glitchy. Overall, I do think this product is great.

Increased sales, better organization, and efficiency.
PROSThe online stores features and online desiger are the best available. New features are released every month with new extra cost. Excellent customer service and support.
CONSI wish there was an easier way to use the API without being a developer. Hoping to see more integrations in the future.
