Robust Platform for Digital Engagement
Robust platform for digital engagement - brings about everything possible to do online for an event/conference
PROSEngagez is the best platform for organizations that need to put on reliable events with consistency. KEY abilities including cloning (all/part/some) of a venue, giving self-service access for sponsors, and voice/video/text chats. Recently added an "EZ Live" livestream, so as to no longer need an RTMP streaming service (StreamYard, Zoom, etc.) - very robust No need for professional services, developers or graphics... Ideal for people who put on multiple events per year
CONSIt's not well known in general, but we found a lot of attendees had IDs and had logged in already.
Reason for choosing Engagez
Other products required a lot of heavy lifting --- developers, using their professional services, etc. Others needed to "lock down" the environment weeks before the event (this will not work) Others would have increased COSTS as we'd need to pay for sponsor's virtual exhibit booths to be created for us Others (like every one) were WAY more expensive... Engagez is a price-performer for sure

'Engagez' Virtual Meetings & Events Platform: A hidden gem!
100% of our clients, leading MNCs and International Associations have liked the platform to the extent of giving us repeat business for all their virtual events needs. Highly recommended!
PROSThere are relatively less platforms for conducting virtual events that have been developed pre-COVID over the years based on User-Feedback & by teams that understand meetings & events. Engagez is one such that provides value for money and is as efficient for a Corporate meetings as it is for an Association event. For Attendees and Builders alike, the UI is easy, simple, comprehensive and intuitive. The learning curve ain't that big and the support is marvellous. Being web-based with a strong mobile UI, the accessibility for Users is well taken care of. FLEXIBILITY in design, MALLEABILITY in the 'look & feel', EFFICIENCY in running, easy & seamless INTEGRATION with other Apps, make it a winner all the way!
CONSThere is nothing that comes to mind as a direct answer to this question. There are of course constant upgrades in terms of features that is a sign of growth and moving ahead with the times.

Overall ok! Even though we experienced problems, we would run our events via Engagez again.
PROSThe price/result ratio was the best fit for us. As a small NGO, we could afford to host a big and good-looking event. If one learns the software, it offers a lot of design options
CONSEven though we learnt the software quite well, we ended up with a restriction on the main menu (which we probably set up and forgot to change), so around 10 % of the attendees did not see our events on the first day, because they could not see the menu properly. I think that was our main fear from the beginning that we will forget to set some important features and functions, and the system will not work properly on the day D. The time difference also did not work for us quite well, as it was 9 hours and it slowed down our communication with tech support.

Best Virtual Conference Platform - HANDS DOWN
Overall, I loved working with Engagez. The team was very easy to work with and I would highly recommend them to anyone. I already have been recommending them to other chapters across the country.
PROSWhat I loved about the software was how highly customizable it was, along with the ease of use. It allowed us so much flexibility which we did not have with a previous software vendor who charged us double the amount. They have their own graphic designer who does amazing work, and they are very accommodating with any changes we would request.
CONSThere weren't any major dislikes with the software.

I was really happy with what they were offering compared to other products, especially when it came to our vendor management for booths, along with the flexibility and customization options at a very reasonable price. We plan on using them for all our virtual events moving forward.

We mostly had a fantastic experience with Engagez. The platform itself provided everything we needed for our annual conference. We did have a few issues with our Engagez onboarding team member however that took away from our admin experience. Our Engagez onboarding team member frequently did not have confident answers to our questions regarding platform functionality, they did not touch base with us at all through the duration of the actual event to check up on the status of everything, and did not touch base with us at all after the event was completed to see how everything went. This survey is the first time we have heard from the platform since our event. We did pay for the extra day-of assistance, so it was very disappointing that nobody ever checked in with us.
PROSWe found the product extremely user friendly for our attendees and for the admins as well. We were able to set everything up fairly independently without any issues. We enjoyed the live stream feature, the automated recording feature, and the functionality of the exhibit hall booths.
CONSIf there would be a way to set up the livestream within the platform I think that may have been easier for our speakers instead of having to provide day of logistics and configure the live stream via Zoom. Our attendees also mentioned they would have like some face-to-face interaction with some speakers and sponsors during the event. This would have been useful within the exhibit hall booths.
