Great front end, terrible back end.
This platform has the potential for being the best out there for marketers. They are missing 1 critical piece - their analytics. As any marketer knows, without testing, you're leaving money on the table. Their tracking is beyond terrible (maybe tracks 30-40% of sales), their split testing is a joke - it doesn't work right unless you set up a new webinar for each split test which is completely unreasonable when you have 600+ affiliates that all need links. They don't have custom date ranges so if you figure out how to do a split test using another system, you can't go back and check the data unless you start it on a Sunday (week to date) or the first of the month (month to date). When someone actually watches the webinar and then clicks to buy, all of your utm data and affiliate tags get lost so you better have good backup systems. And, they can't track per affiliate so, no, Mr. A+ affiliate, I can't tell you how many leads you sent us (unless, again, I set up 1 webinar series per affiliate -that's 600+). They have so many great bells and whistles, but none of that matters if you can't test. I've tried multiple times to work with them on getting it to work and basically have been told by multiple customer service reps, sorry, we know our tracking is terrible. I wish they'd fix it, but for now, I have to look elsewhere.
