Automated webinars with live interaction. Best of both worlds.

This is a solid platform for automated webinars where you can add live interaction (through Q&A, live chat, polls and other features). It's been around for many years and is well-maintained. There are frequent updates and support is good, so this is a tool you can rely on for growing your business. They take webinar marketing seriously and it shows in the feature set and quality of service. I've been a happy user for years. This is a very solid tool that does way more than the average (auto)webinar tools that you can find online.

Pros

What I love is that EverWebinar makes everything so easy. Just add your recording and everything else is taken care of for you. You can run automated webinars and at the same time add interaction with live chat and Q&A (Questions & Answers), to simulate real live events. Hosting is done for you, so there's nothing technical you need to think about. If you have a recording, this is how you make most use of it every single day. You can run your webinar without actually having to be there.

Cons

I'd like to be able to customize the look and feel of the webinar room more, but that's something I'm missing in other webinar tools as well, not just EverWebinar. Other than having the ability to customize a little more what people see, I don't have any issues with this tool. It's created by people who know webinars inside out. Over the years EverWebinar has been constantly tweaked and is still the most reliable tool on the market in my opinion (I've tried a couple before).

Reasons for Switching to EverWebinar

I was looking for more advanced features and less limitations and found EverWebinar to be the best for my needs.

From one of the best to just average

I used to love it, even recommended it. Today I see it as a basic and expensive solution. They haven't added big features for a long time, and they are lagging many other providers. Support was great, now it's a pain to talk to them, as they are never wrong. It's just a matter of time until I close my account and take my business elsewhere.

Pros

It's quite easy to use. Interface is simple and you can get an evergreen webinar running in under 15 minutes. You can use several autoresponders to connect and add options. Great for prerecorded stuff.

Cons

It's impossible to create hourly schedules for the next X days, as other providers are enabling, and which has become the norm for recorded webinars. Also, the API is too basic. Is expensive and if you want a live solution, you'll have to buy an additional membership to their other product, Webinarjam. Support is lousy and they will always be right. It's usually better to find technical solutions on the Facebook groups, that is, if the admin allows you to post the message.

It's ok but there is a lot out thee at this price point

If it had not been for the Kartra integration I never would have purchased it. In hindsight I should have dispensed with the 'luxury' of the direct integration and gone for a different solution to connect up.

Pros

I bought it because of the seamless integration with Kartra. that was about it.

Cons

It was clunky and difficult to navigate. Not least of all the customer service was terrible.

Great front end, terrible back end.

This platform has the potential for being the best out there for marketers. They are missing 1 critical piece - their analytics. As any marketer knows, without testing, you're leaving money on the table. Their tracking is beyond terrible (maybe tracks 30-40% of sales), their split testing is a joke - it doesn't work right unless you set up a new webinar for each split test which is completely unreasonable when you have 600+ affiliates that all need links. They don't have custom date ranges so if you figure out how to do a split test using another system, you can't go back and check the data unless you start it on a Sunday (week to date) or the first of the month (month to date). When someone actually watches the webinar and then clicks to buy, all of your utm data and affiliate tags get lost so you better have good backup systems. And, they can't track per affiliate so, no, Mr. A+ affiliate, I can't tell you how many leads you sent us (unless, again, I set up 1 webinar series per affiliate -that's 600+). They have so many great bells and whistles, but none of that matters if you can't test. I've tried multiple times to work with them on getting it to work and basically have been told by multiple customer service reps, sorry, we know our tracking is terrible. I wish they'd fix it, but for now, I have to look elsewhere.

Best bells and whistles, easy to set up, great 1 click buying, fantastic evergreen webinar approach.

Cons

Terrible tracking makes all the bells and whistles unusable.
