The technical support is good I haven't encountered issues because they're constantly checking the platform and updating new functions.

This app is great for interaction with the speaker, presenter, and audience. It allows creating a separate group which I find really helpful.

As with most software involving global items, there is a language barrier. Go Brunch works to bridge that language barrier, however, you may need Google Translate for a few things.

We sometimes have difficulties with establishing the connection from our client side. If your time is limited and it takes 10 minutes to get everyone connected you have lost valuable time.

Sometimes in the group call when using the group chat it is very annoying to open chat box over and over again as after sometime it collapse automatically.

The thing I liked most about the GoToMeeting software is that it's easy to access from anywhere, whether it's your phone or laptop. And that it's super user friendly as well.

Gotomeeting paid version has a lot of features and performs pretty flawlessly. I love the integration tools with Outlook and Chrome that makes setting up a meeting easy.
