Great platform for virtual events
Excellent experience with outstanding tech support always offered swiftly. Friendly and accessible team who genuinely want to listen and help when needed.
PROSThis platform is so intuitive and easy to navigate. Stakeholders are getting weary of using multiple platforms for virtual events so its very useful to have a 'straightforward' package. Visually appealing and a good alternative to face to face events. Sensibly priced compared to other providers
CONSA useful feature to add would be for it to be compulsory for students/alumni to have to add their education major - many just click 'other' which means the engagement data is not complete to feedback to employers/course directors. Another good feature would be for reminders to students to flash up on their profiles to remind them to upload a CV (which isn't compulsory to upload)
Reasons for switching to Highered
Because i-vent was over priced, over hyped and they did not value their customers - appalling customer care. Old technology and clunky processes. Dreadful organisation and incredible stressful to work with them.

Smooth Running Events
Our virtual events ran smoothly thanks to the Highered Talentpanel platform and team. We are so glad to have them in our corner.
PROS- Easy to use - Friendly and effective customer service - Open to new ideas and new feature suggestions - Chat and video options - Linked to the student's profile on which they can upload resumés, and a lot of information - New features coming!
CONSNot much! We have had security issues with some of our partners not being able to connect with their company's equipment, but that's not Highered's doing. We will deal with those partners separately in the future to warn them to use their own equipment. About everything else that is not perfect about the platform, the Highered Talentpanel team is open to suggestions and will look into implementing them for future events!

IOM's experience with Highered has only been positive
Very positive. We want to continue liaising so that we can target and engage students we want at IOM. The team at Highered have been highly responsive and adaptive to our needs, which is amazing. Their features and functions as well as communications of these are really good. Something that we can really learn from. I think live events too and the moderator are so professional. We hope more UN organizations that target specific groups, like us, try using Highered. The reports and training sessions they provide are always so comprehensive and informative.
PROSIt has so many new and innovative technical features that makes it easy for us as Recruiters and candidates. The Highered team are also great. They are really supportive and always try their best to adapt to IOM's needs.
CONSWe are still trying to capture nationalities perfectly, referring to the nationalities of students who participated in the fair so that we can really source and target the group we would like. But we can see a solution is coming very soon :)
Reason for choosing Highered
The willingness to innovate and adapt to our needs. We have very unique needs that is sometimes difficult to cater to, but Highered were very flexible and supportive. We cannot thank them enough. They are very quick and most importantly, the communication is clear and what they can (and cannot do). It is really helpful for us.
Reasons for switching to Highered
We thought the coordination with the team was not good enough and very confusing. The features they provided were not up to par with what we wanted.

Highered Review
Very easy to use and get your vacancies to multiple universities through one platform. The customer services is fantastic, I always get a prompt answer if I need help or need to discuss a matter. The virtual events and webinars are also great to interact with students as well as learn a lot from the other professionals.
CONSThe product itself is great, more targeted towards business schools but Highered have assured me that this will change and I will be able to target more students with STEM backgrounds!

Great virtual events tool
I mostly use Highered when setting up virtual career fairs for our students and employer partners. Both sides are very happy and it is great to work with the customer service team.
PROSWebinar features are the best and highly recommended to all of our partners that attend. Company booths are also fantastic - everything linked in one place (profile, jobs, videos, webinars, etc.) is fantastic.
CONSI think the chat is a little clunkier to navigate, I think allowing employers to download resumes without asking would be helpful.

Simple and easy to use, with good measurements.
Overall the experience is very good. It is an easy to access platform for companies and students to hold a great online event.

We like it has many features and analytics, as well as the university base which is really large
CONSIn some instances not user friendly, for example choosing the accounts we want to see the statistics for, or when we go into statistics the number of students who signed up for the events is not showing and it is really important for us to know the size of the pool we are tapping into. It would be great if we could proactively reach out to students via chat, instead of waiting for them to chat with us.

Easy to use
This software is very easy to use, not just for the highschool but also for the students.
CONSWe don´t have any at this point. Some times de videocalls are not going well, but I don´t think it is because of the software.

Virtual Career Event
The platform was easy to use and allowed employers and students to engage with one another seamlessly. The customer service support was exceptional for employer partners and students. The team is very collaborative is always looking for ways to improve the platform.
