WebinarNinja is really the best tool for webinars we've ever used. It is intuitive but above all we love the team behind it.

It had everything in 1 package so I didn’t have to upgrade to a super expensive package like other carriers. The quality is great, it’s easy to navigate, use for not just myself but my clients as.

The missing piece that ruins it for me is not being able to download the email addresses.

I have had no need for tech support or any support with Zoom- it is very easily input onto the computer.

It also allows me to conduct trainings better than before with the screen share feature. This has been a great solution for my team and me that we use daily.

There are issues with the chat and sometimes I find it difficult switching from private messaging to all participants messaging. Can be a bit misleading.

I just liked the simplicity and stability of it for training. The easy interface for sharing powerpoint slides and more.
