Zoom Has a Plethora Of Benefits
Zoom takes much of your internet speed. If your internet connection is too slow for your Zoom meeting, you might have to check your Internet connection. While it may be slow to stream video calls, a speed of 2.5 Mbps is needed to successfully stream them.
PROSThe video conferencing software developed by Zoom Video Communications is free for up to 100 participants and a 40-minute time limit for meetings with more than two people. Zoom offers a business conference feature called Zoom Rooms, which enables you to view 49 people on the desktop screen and four people on mobile devices. Zoom also allows you to split a meeting into smaller groups for greater flexibility. Whether you need to meet with a group of customers, or need to communicate with a team in another continent, Zoom is a great choice for video conferencing.
CONSAlthough its popularity continues to grow, Zoom has faced criticism for some of its security problems. In fact, it is only now being made secure after it purchased a security company to fix these problems. While the security issue isn't particularly serious, it's a reminder that security is an issue for any software or service. Security is a priority for Zoom, which takes its customers' security very seriously. The company has made a number of changes to their platform, including geofencing the region where it stores data.
Reason for choosing Zoom Video Webinars
Its easy-to-use interface is one of its selling points, and you can tailor the features to suit your needs.

Zoom has truly transformed our lives!
2020 is definitely the year of companies joining Zoom. If you haven't joined yet, now is the time. Zoom makes it easy for our global teams to communicate and helps us communicate best with our clients, on the platf0orms they are accustomed to.
PROSI work in the enterprise software space, and had always been accustomed to remote team collaboration, and using webinars & conference call software for client calls & team meetings. Zoom has transformed our business by force in 2020, empowering our ability and ease to set up & manage client & team calls.
CONSI use Zoom constantly this year and have seen the Zoom team release valuable important updates and new features. They are very responsive to the market's needs! I cannot pinpoint anything I don't like about Zoom.

The ease of Zoom Video
I am super satisfied with using this product, its difficult to adjust but once you start using it again and again I am sure a now am a super user of the product. The thing that strikes me is, I probably do not use it to its entire feature set.
PROSLove the ease of use, from invitation setup to hosting sharing being a host to file sharing, the system is a god send much better than 'others' on the market.
CONSGetting to grip with the whole system can be to much to use but I think training videos help a lot.
Reasons for switching to Zoom Video Webinars
To save cost of licensing, and more so as other companies were using it.

Living my business life on zoom
I’m in a good position to share the pros (& cons) as my entire business is run on zoom; my 1:1 clients, group coaching, workshops, masterclasses, Meetup networking group, live broadcasted webinars, and my team who all word remotely. The pros are many:the company has grown substantially thanks to being able to use platforms line zoom. I love that they’re fixing and tweaking (filters etc) from time to time. The customer service is undoubtedly appalling. For months and months we’ve been trying to fix the same problems - which are many - and keep coming up frustrated. Have been researching moving to other platforms which come much more highly recommended, however need those platforms to have better filtering options and then we’ll be jumping ship. In summary it’s not good value for money as soon as you move on from just the regular meetings subscription and the customer service is an abomination - they won’t even zoom with you to fix a multitude of issues.
PROSThe pros are many: everyone knows what zoom is now, so makes it easier to run my business this way. Has great filters so I can improve my lighting (alongside ring lights etc) and touch up my appearance - love this feature! Can screen share with ease which is so great in my line of work (digital marketing coach) Can integrate with other platforms (switchboard for example) so can go live on multiple platforms. Can present huge presentations. Can record sessions to share with clients / attendees which is adding value.
CONSSo much to dislike. - the worst customer service I’ve ever come across. We have multiple problems with the platform that have been plaguing us for months, and go figure - ZOOM customer service will not zoom with us to sort out the issues. Back and forth with customer service is a waste of time and fruitless. - Integrations with calendars can be extremely glitchy. - Go live function is terrible. Have had to pay for external software to make this happen. - have to pay addition $$ just to ensure that attendees can’t be seen on one of our weekly webinars. The price jump from meetings is high. - can have a pretty bad lag. Our internet in Australia is not world-class, but still you’d want zoom to be performing better a lot of the time. - the settings are complicated. - the recording situation is a nightmare. We want it ALL to go to the cloud, then we download to Dropbox and share with clients. This is the most problematic issue. When integrating with goal ajd Calendly this often iverrides and sets up as saving to the desktop. Can’t change settings without cancelling and resetting. Often gets stuck converting the file on desktop (can be very long recordings) and then we’re stuffed. Again, zoom customer service are seriously disappointing. So many more things I could mention ...

Good Video Webinar Tool
I satisfied with the features and functions of Zoom Video Webinars. I use this tool daily to connect with my clients and explain them about our service, and connect with students for demo webinars.
PROSThe best thing about zoom is it's familiarity among the masses, anyone can join the webinars easily with the help of zoom, and many students are well aware of this tool because of it's widespread usage in pandemic.
CONSAt times the invite link not works properly for open webinars, we need to connect through meeting id and password. Screen Sharing will buffers at time.

Review about Zoom Video Webinars
which are many-and keep on coming up frustrated. Have been investigating moving to various stages which come fundamentally more excitedly proposed, yet need those stages to have better filtering decisions and subsequently we'll get away. In summary it's terrible impetus for cash when you forge ahead from just the standard social events enrollment and the client care is a shocking presence - they won't zoom with you to fix an enormous number of issues.
PROSSimple to Utilize interfacing and booking meeting is simple mix with the majority of utilization is marvelous like chrome, slack.
CONSNeed to leave in again after any closures.

Video Conference and Webinars made easy with Zoom
Zoom is a great product and has saved the world from shutting down completely during this covid-19 pandemic outbreak when most countries and organizations went into lock down. My organization relied heavily on zoom to engage with students and deliver lectures.
PROSZoom has been very instrumental in my organization's delivery especially during this covid-19 period and also most of its features makes using the software enjoyable. The reaction button , sharing of screen, breakout room, recording video and saving chats among many others. It is very flexible and easy to use zoom and I love it so much
CONSOnce some settings are not enabled before a meeting starts, you cannot go back to activate those settings which I feel can be adjusted a little bit.

Easy Video Conferencing Platform
Overall Zoom has been a great business tool and easy to integrate into our workflow. Zoom has it's flaws, but overall connection, quality of video, and ease of sharing invitations is worth it.
PROSI love how easy Zoom is to set up, schedule and share video chats. We've used Zoom for years and the Free version is great for short internal meetings, and the paid version is totally worth the upgrade if you have longer meetings. We use Zoom for pretty simple purposes, but I've also personally been a part of virtual classes and there seem to be so many great additional features.
CONSI don't like how difficult it is for multiple people to talk at once. Zoom will pick up the loudest sound and cut off anyone else that's talking, so its easy to miss what someone else says, or if someone isn't diligent about muting their mic, a conversation can be easily disrupted.
Reason for choosing Zoom Video Webinars
Google hangouts just wasn't quite as seamless as Zoom. At the time there also wasn't a gallery view. Only Speaker view. I much prefer Zoom's Gallery view.
Reasons for switching to Zoom Video Webinars
Skype's connection and video quality was unpredictable and at the time we switched there was no way to schedule meetings ahead of time.

Easy to use even for non-tech individuals
Very easy to implement. And there are lots of resources for setting it up correctly and learning about features. Easier user interface than Teams (had more issues with call participants on Teams than Zoom).
CONSI don't really have issues with it. Perhaps a meeting concierge/tech support option for small businesses who are running a large meeting, but are one person and don't want to have to stop the call to help one person with tech support.
Reasons for switching to Zoom Video Webinars
Too many issues with call participants not being able to log on or see all the meeting features (ie. different views for those with Apple)

Zoom for teaching and meetings in higher education
I use Zoom for teaching and meetings on a daily basis. With proper training and pedagogical planning, online teaching can be rewarding, personal and significant for teachers and learners. The product is developing all the time in response to user feedback.
PROSAfter trying similar products, I have remained with Zoom as my platform for online teaching and meetings. As a lecturer, I feel I maintain good communication with my students and colleagues, screen sharing is efficient and easy, breakout rooms are perfect for active and engaged learning, and the reports of usage (attendance) and recordings are excellent.
CONSAdditional features could be added to the Poll options. Easier download options for the chat text (in unrecorded meetings) should be considered.
Reason for choosing Zoom Video Webinars
I chose Zoom for ease of use, overall control of the lesson, continual improvement and the post-lesson reports.
Reasons for switching to Zoom Video Webinars
Zoom offers many more features, including breakout rooms which are crucial for active learning.

Ubiquitous for a reason
It was a relief to learn this was an option for Zoom usage, as the user adoption in and outside our organization is quite vast. Anything that reduces user anxiety with a tech task or feature is much appreciated by my small team. Compared to other solutions we've tried, this was by far the best option.
PROSHow easy this is to push into the feature set for existing Zoom users is probably the biggest one for me. Since user adoption can be a very trying and difficult process, having this feature baked into a service users are already familiar with is invaluable. On our end, it's literally as easy as checking a box or two to activate this on our user's accounts. Since "change" in general can be met with opposition, this is very nice to have with our ratio of users to techs being ~1700:1. Anything that reduces the influx of tickets is a net positive for my team.
CONSWe don't generally get complaints about this feature in particular, but users have expressed frustration with breakout rooms following a Zoom meeting/Webinar and what's involved in getting to that point. I can't really fault the software on this, but with how great most of Zoom is I would think it's possible to re-evaluate the user interface to make it a bit more intuitive.
Reasons for switching to Zoom Video Webinars
Ease of use and adoption from outside the organization made this easier to implement for us.

Zoom for Interviewing
Great Technology for a great price. This is a staple for my business now.
PROSI originally signed up as this was the only video software that allowed me to record my meetings. There are many features that set Zoom apart. They are ahead of the technology curve and are constantly adding integrations as well as new features. A minor feature that my team loves is the auto airbrush (I forget what they call it) but it’s like auto tune for your face. It’s looks very natural.
CONSThey’ve had a few times where the whole network went down. Also, I’d like to be able to send surveys to my candidates about their experience after the call is over and I don’t see that option. And a small thing but when you split into groups there is not an option to chat with “everyone” any more only within the small group.
Reason for choosing Zoom Video Webinars
Easiest to first time users, most reliable video, and it let me record the calls.

Zoom Experience as a Free User
Overall, I am very happy with it, but I wish that the 40 minutes limit for free users be extended or even lifted with some new features not available but it can be made available for paid users. Overall experience is great with satisfaction.
PROSI am very pleased with Zoom as it makes life easy for me and my students and mentors to get connected anytime and anywhere. It is very easy to use some features like virtual background, filters, and low light adjustments make me look better on camera. Integrating Zoom to FB live is one of my favorites as I can be live on Facebook at the same time.
CONSScreenshot maybe is one feature that is also critical in the development of Zoom. For instance, if I would like to capture our session, I will just use the screenshot to capture the screen for fast sharing. Normally, we take pictures at the end of every session, but on Zoom, there's no screenshot feature so I have to use my keyboard keys just to capture the moment when everyone's camera is open.
Reason for choosing Zoom Video Webinars
Its ease of use is a major factor that the others don't have. I can literally conduct a webinar with the participants visible on the side and I can see them react compared to others that I have no view of the participants while presenting.
Reasons for switching to Zoom Video Webinars
Zoom is very expensive for individual users, it was mainly aimed at corporations to purchase a volume license ignoring individual users like me. I used to conduct all my sessions and classes on Zoom, but I cannot afford the 149 dollars yearly costs.

Zoom for Daily Collaboration
Zoom has allowed closer collaboration during COVID-19 and offers a significantly better video conferencing experience than Skype with the inclusion of a lot of useful features.
PROSAt the onset of COVID-19, my company made the switch from Skype as our primary video conferencing technology to Zoom. While Skype is still our primary method of instant message communication, Zoom is on used on a daily basis for collaborating virtually. It is a very easy to use product that offers a variety of features across meeting security, annotation, chat, screensharing, participant list and invite, and scheduling. The most used feature for myself is screensharing. I appreciate that I can share either my entire screen or a specific application. I have never had any instances of security breach or “Zoom bombing” and overall have had a great experience integrating this product into my every day remote work.
CONSWith how I have used Zoom thus far I have not had any issues in the technology nor have I identified any missing feature capabilities. For the purposes of my work I find it more run sufficient.

Reliability and Functionality for all Remote Meetings
Zoom has been an extremely dependable software, even with the exponential increase in demand since the start of COVID. We had used other video webinar platforms, but each either lacked in reliability or functionality. When giving information to your whole team through a digital webinar, Zoom has by far been our go-to choice.
PROSZoom is an extremely dependable software with an onslaught of functionality to utilize for a wide array of purposes. The price point is competitive and the value is second to none.
CONSIf there were more editing features for the audience to interact with screen-shared material, this would facilitate a need that we have had to pair a third-party company with Zoom to facilitate.
Reason for choosing Zoom Video Webinars
The dependability, familiarity, and price of Zoom made it the clear option for our needs.
Reasons for switching to Zoom Video Webinars
The reliability for the number of users in our organization was not able to be satisfied by these other platforms. The functionality was fairly bulky on our side and required a longer onboarding time to train team members to navigate the software.
