Their managed WordPress hosting takes care of everything you have to manage about your website that you have only to worry about the content of it. It then moved to Ionos ownership and when my domain renewal arrived, I renewed and they changed my account from hosting to website builder. I lost everything and despite spending 10 hours+ on the phone, they were unable to help. It got to a point where they would eventually just cut my call off.
