The customer service is 10/10! Site-building is super easy with their templates and whenever I was stuck, the support team were incredibly responsive, positive, and helpful! I also liked the analytics: easy to read.

It’s been a while but from what I can remember, I remember feeling frustrated that I couldn’t always drag and drop a block exactly where I wanted on the page (was it from a different page?). I had to drag it to the desired page and then manually “move it down” one block at a time to the desired position. Also, I’ve seen brilliant landing pages designed through Wix and wondered if there was a way in Bandzoogle to make mine look just as well laid out. Not sure if it is just lack of design skills on my part but it might be nice to have landing page templates offered in Bandzoogle. I also would like to see SEO more customizable for each page.

Bandzoogle's templates made it easy for me to pick a design theme for my site, and then their EXCELLENT customer service team patiently (and swiftly) answered all of my questions as I added content and features (recordings, reviews, descriptions of musical projects, a tip jar, etc.)

I’ve been using Bandzoogle for a year now and have been very satisfied. I set my website up when I was preparing to release my first album. I think it took me less than a day to get up and running. It has allowed me to showcase my music, engage with fans, and sell my music.

There are some limitations in layout choices but nothing that is a showstopper.

It’s very easy to use and constantly updating, so we have plenty of choices to choose from. The templates are great and look super professional.

Sometimes it consumes a lot of resources in certain actions and the laptop gets a bit slow, but that will never avoid me from choosing this tool again and again.

What I love most is that you pay a monthly fee, and there are never any issues! Been using it a year now, never bugged once and that just assures peace of mind. Easy to use for a beginner in website building (I already have some experience so I can compare) and just super practical. SEO seems great too, I appear in the first search.

I would love a more customizable design, I know you can change font, colour and everything really so I don't know why I'm complaining but maybe I'd like something more sleak, I dunno. I really don't have much criticism!

Overall, I give it an 8/10. If they add the search function it would be 9.5/10. If they increase speed it would be 10/10.

It really is a fantastic website builder. While it's limited in how deep you can customize, it makes up with nice built in plug-ins and themes that can be adjust quickly. Another positive note is that you can switch themes without losing your content because it's a structured layout. Meaning it will readjust your content to fit the new theme style. Not flawless, but pretty sweet. Also the price is pretty good, especially for cdbaby users who get a discount.

My biggest complaint is with the blog section. There has to be a search function or it's just a giant useless thread of a mess. Second would be the speed. Using the wrong font could completely jam up loading speeds because of what they have running in the background. Problem is you can't access the back end to clean up what I assume is java script problems.

My experience with Bandzoogle has been both positive and profitable. I have the pro account, and it's affordable enough that it doesn't cut into my bottom line in any noticeable way.

I use Bandzoogle's web hosting platform and software for my online record store. They provide every tool I need to showcase, promote, and sell soundtrack albums. It's like having my own personal Apple Music. It takes a minute to understand how to use their website building tools, but the templates and customization features they provide are well designed and accessible. Customer support is the best I've found with ANY technology company. And you need a good tech support team when you are first building out your site and learning the tools. 10/10

I"m an artist at heart, so I love the ability to customize. Bandzoogle provides plenty of customization features, but I would love having just a few more.

It has been great to have a central platform where venues, bookers, and media can access information, photos and videos and other news about the band. Much more effective than trying to do the same with social media

It is tailored to the features that an independent music artist needs and has done a lot to make our band look very professional and serious about our music.

The email feature and administration is a little difficult to find and keep on top of unless you check it regularly. Would nice to be able to send incoming emails to multiple email clients.

I love all the features the software has and the price is unbelievable.

I can’t think of anything I didn’t like or wasn’t ok with.

It’s a great tool. Much easier than anything else I’ve used. And the features give me options to update content weekly, instead of a single page that never needs updating like other products I have used.

I am able to keep all our info and communications in one place. The blog feature allows us to create post in one place that we can then share to social media. No more recreating post for every service, just one post to share! And it drives fans to your website where they may stay for a bit and find a live show coming up, or buy a shirt.

A little more flexibility with text formatting would be nice. For example, if I could change the text color on the title of blogs, that would help it stand out against the background.

the music file download feature is super-important, seems to be well-explained, but trouble-shooting seems a bit opaque. everything worked really well until the last.

I cannot recommend Bandzoogle enough. Great looking templates, fairly easy learning curve for personalizing the look & feel but what really has impressed me is the customer service & assistance. Any time I've had any kind of question about the website, I get a fast and incredibly helpful response. We might not be millionaire rock stars in real life, but they treat us like we are. Pretty friggin awesome.

You get a website with a professional, attractive appearance and functionality, with minimal effort/knowledge on your part at a very reasonable cost.

It does take a bit of time to figure out the various fonts and how to customize pages, but once you get it, it's pretty simple. Also, Google sends me messages now and then I don't understand about how to better fit their algorithm.
