Pros/Cons
  • Pros

  • The modular panels are very helpful and the design is pretty intuitive when you're constructing your email. I don't typically like drag-and-drop functionalities but this one does it pretty well.
  • The functionality of the email campaigns are great and we feel like we're just scratching the surface when it comes to their capability.
  • Cons

  • Our organization is unsure of if this is a problem with the company or Gmail, but that is one obstacle we have come across.
  • The only complaint (and it really isn't a complaint) is that they don't have a local feel to them. We are in a tough market.

  • Organized and connectable: the Odoo has a good UX/UI, you can found your specific function faster and Sometimes from the same page Like make a task for my assistant while I'm on the sales page.
  • Search is fast and flexible, alot of combination search function. Easy to use with the same UI style, UI is very clean not messy.
  • Cons

  • The support is terrible, specially in UAE, the account managers for enterprise never respond and tickets are open for 3 and 4 days.
  • Second thing is when there is any error in py file sometimes it fails to give exact error.
