We have used Constellation for several years and love the collaboration with their design team. The help desk is quick and responsive when any technical issues arise.

The lead management system makes tracking and follow up a snap. The search tool for customers is easy to use and our clients love our site.

I would love to see more template options available for agents. I would also love to see some upgrades to the mobile app.

It helps greatly in what we do here to make sure that all of the agents have the best data for their clients.

Im not sure I can think of a con for it. I havent used it for long and I havent come across anything yet.
