The amount of down time our clients have had is not ok.

My experience with Hostgator is really good, I don't have any cons in my mind about this company. But there is one small thing I really hate about HostGator.

And it proves that nothing is or will be done to correct THEIR mistake. Changed to another host and after having had the site down for 2 weeks it was running again within hours.

Rather than empowering users, they tried to nickel and dime me for things like SSL certification, which is made complicated, expensive and annoying to manage.

They provide a instant support by chat and call which is a great thing when it comes to hosting. The pricing is also kind of good as compared to other providers.

Is almost sure that you're going to have problems learning to use this service if you're a newcomer.

I'm a fan of their shared hosting especially because every time when I picked Hostgator shared hosting, it was much enough for me.

Their referral program is really bad, they could not provide me  with a proper referral panel and after I had referred someone I did not got the referral amount as promised.

My overall experience is fantastic with Hostgator, this hosting company helped me to grow up my business and take it to the next level. Most of my clients like Hostgator web hosting even I also.

Their customer service is shocking. A few years ago,  Hostgator suffered a severe outage, and reaching their customer support was almost impossible.

The features of the templates are not plentiful, but adequate, especially considering the cost. Not being able to easily import a site into the hosting was disappointing.

It allows me to manage all the important elements of my account from one spot without needing to navigate back and forth between pages.

And fast resolution was their key strength when it comes to chat support. It was also a very good value for the money, uptime was good, servers were quite fast as well.

Server uptime performance is good and overall websites hosted on HostGator perform well. They offer competitive pricing on all the plans and offer good discounts on long term plans.

All went totally wrong when site was migrated to VPS,the result was a total mess. This due to false information from a supporter.

I liked the ease of editing my website in real time using their real time editor. This feature made Hostgator different from other hosting services.

Pocket friendly in compared to competitors. The customer support team is proactive , knowledgeable  and understand customer's core needs.

Over time, the renewal cost because exorbitantly expensive and the customer service became just awful.

The service has been unstable. I've needed to reach out every time I wanted to work on it because it was down.

The interface is also user friendly and their pricing is also reasonable also the response time of their server are fast.

It not only gives helps you host your company but also gives you website builder which is user friendly. It gives you free hosting along with a domain name upon buying an account with them.

The web builder tool is also quite intuitively designed for easy website designing and building.

The things that I like the most about this product. The interface is actually navigation-friendly and intuitive, with the different sections and tabs clearly separated and well-disposed.

This was useful for allowing me to get some of my earlier web clients set up with their own sites.

Page does not load properly, or sometimes shows an IP related problem from my country, this is really annoying.

The customer supports from Wix is really good and I noted Wix getting better progress with the time.

We've easily integrated a google calendar into our page, which has been helpful for our neighbors. One of my other favorite features is the ability to uniquely edit the mobile version of the site.

I hate that you can only really edit your website on a laptop or desktop computer. Not being able to edit on my tablet is limiting and sadly, it may end up being a deal breaker.
