10 Years with iPage :)

Overall, I've been with this company for a decade. I don't see myself moving to another hosting company in the coming years. :)

Pros:

I can officially say that I've been with this company for 10 years :) For me, aside from all the improvements they've done over time, it's the customer support that really made the difference. I often tell my peers that I learned how to build a Wordpress website by practically bugging the customer support of iPage. That's how good they are.

Cons:

I think iPage is one of the most competitive hosting companies out there. I don't personally see any "cons" aside from the frequent offer to do your SEO and other marketing services that I personally don't need.

They have very flexible packages and the customer support is superb.

Ipage is one of the earliest powerful web hosting company

All our websites hosted on ipage were functional at all time with no downtime.

They give discount for their customers from time to time, and they have a range of affordable hosting packages.

Cons:

When my team and I were using Ipage, it doesn't offer reseller hosting features to customers.

Reasons for choosing iPage

Ipage was incredibly more popular back in those days, and looked pretty affordable. But today, it seems ipage is now partnering with Bluehost

Not much to say here. They don't offer anything special.

Cons:

The customer service is hopeless- they make you feel like you have made a big mistake.

Reasons for switching to iPage

Some companies in this space start out offering service. Then as they grow, and become run by those seeking greater profits, they reduce the service. Strange strategy, as it it the customers who pay the fees.
