The reporting is great - not too much. Just enough to get the team working on the right resolution plan whenever something does go down or not look right.

They have a rich set of integrations with a lot of communication and server management platforms, so I don't think you will run out of ways to be informed when a server goes offline.

I like the simple interface. It doesn't overwhelm you with too many options but still provides lots of integrations and functionality.

I love easy it is to use and it actually gives me near realtime updates on the free trial.

Ease of deployment - sign in, add a URL and away you go. You can set the site to be monitored every 30 seconds if you wish which is a great feature for such a low priced tool.

Currently I'm using this tool alone, so I haven't tested all features yet. In a features that I've been using, haven't found any cons or things, that I do not like.

I want to give my users comfort in the quality of my software - having a status page with Better Uptime means I can do that, and I've really enjoyed setting it up.

The thing I don't like is that you can't have a dashboard with the current status of every monitor you set up on more than one team.

Hotjar has an amazing feature which allows to record user behavior. It is extremely useful to understand how users are interacting with your product.

The biggest downside is that I am unable to use the heatmap functionality for the email signup popup that is located on the site.

It is very easy to integrate using google manager or directly paste the code. One of the best thing in HotJar is Heatmaps it shows me which part of my website are working well.

HotJar is great for anyone who has a website and offers a paid monthly service and wants to improve the user experience. It's also cheaper than some other services we've used.

Sometimes, when trying to hide the private information of a customer, it went overboard and aggressively hid a lot of information which was part of the app itself and not the customer's data.

Love how easy Hotjar is to use, the features allow you to really gain an insight into what webpages are working and what aren't - allowing you to boost user experience and conversions.

It's tough to think of a disadvantage to HotJar or a problem I have with the software. It tracks critical data.

Maybe as I go alone this whole become more evident as to why the price is what it is but for now, it seems unnecessarily steep.
