Pros/Cons
  • Pros

  • They have a rich set of integrations with a lot of communication and server management platforms, so I don't think you will run out of ways to be informed when a server goes offline.
  • I like the simple interface. It doesn't overwhelm you with too many options but still provides lots of integrations and functionality.
  • Cons

  • Nothing really yet that I disliked, perhaps only automatic dark mode for status pages would be cool.
  • I have yet to find a real downside to this product.

  • Hotjar has an amazing feature which allows to record user behavior. It is extremely useful to understand how users are interacting with your product.
  • It is very easy to integrate using google manager or directly paste the code. One of the best thing in HotJar is Heatmaps it shows me which part of my website are working well.
  • Cons

  • The biggest downside is that I am unable to use the heatmap functionality for the email signup popup that is located on the site.
  • It's not the easiest to set up but still manageable. That's the only downside I can think of.
