En un principio se usaba una herramienta pagada auto gestionada, el problema es que si quedaba mal configurado un flujo no habia atención. por lo que estas reuniones cada dos semanas hacen que si existe algun problema en la plataforma, puedan resolverlo. Así se evita que los usuarios tengan que estar avisando de caídas del sitio. es una herramienta que ayuda a la proactividad #### Cons Al principio los flujos tienen que revisarse harto para confiar en ellos, ya que hay varios falsos positivos. El tiempo de configuración de un flujo.
