It's great for busy people who want to make sure they do not forget anything important. It's easy to use, and simple to choose exactly how you want to be alerted chicken.

What I like most about Google Alerts is that it integrates seamlessly within the Google product ecosystem.

The thing that I like least about the software is the inability of the administrator to manage other users views. And the lack of an anonymous view.

I have this on all my switch and SCADA network, on the switch I can break to see performance monitoring Switch interfaces, Utilization, Memory and CPU pretty simply, grouping is also a nice feature.

WUG is the best solution we have found for the price we are able to pay.

We haven't needed to utilize product support more than a couple of times, and they were very responsive and helpful when needed.

The UI and UX is terrible. The dashboards you can create are extremely limiting.

Adding non-default alerts seem to be a little more difficult than should be.

Luckily he came up with the same results. I was able to display the same information (add more) on the big screen with WUG vs Solarwinds, so the CIO agreed to switch.

Out of the box it was easy to implement and provided much more clarity and features. It provides me with a proactive approach for when any monitored device hits a predetermined threshold.

An administrator should be able to back up the daily or weekly activities of his team for review but such feature is missing.

WhatsUp Gold works great for monitoring end points and alerting when they are out.

It integrates well with PagerDuty and covers the bulk of our monitoring needs.

I have had positive experiences with WhatsUpGold. The sales staff and tech support are friendly and knowledgeable.

Failed to recognize ios changes on our switches from ios 12 to 15. I had to remove the devices completely and add them back.

I use this product all day long, it is fantastic and quick to shows us when devices on our network are up or down.

Its great, really easy to use and allows IT to be more proactive about their environment. Its nicely displayed in our team area on a digital NOC.

Wonderful product and reasonably priced compared to other commercial solutions.
