Pros
- My overall experience with google alerts is very satisfied and i am enjoying this free of cost service with amazing features for last many years.
- I love google alerts for the fact that it sends my favorite news and scientific articles related to my area of interest, it helps to keep me updated.
- I like how easy it is to use Google alerts and how they help me keep an eye on important industry players and news with their reports, which are conveniently delivered to my email.
Cons
- The bad thing is that there comes a point where notifications are too many and it becomes annoying, and more when one wants to sleep.
- Well, sometimes you do not receive notifications and this is embarrassing.
- The least feature of this software would be data, which is not always complete specially with press mentions are missed most often.
Pros
- I love the aspect of scalability in Zabbix. Zabbix is highly scalable and monitor thousands of servers, devices, and applications from a single instance making its performance outstanding.
- The most effective monitoring solution you can get for free - Great integrations and dashboarding, with some very advanced features such as dynamic dashboards and alerting.
- The reporting function is excellent with beautiful graphics that show you what you need to know. There are more than enough options for notifications with email, SMS, Teams to mention a few.
Cons
- The problem detection and metric collection display should be configurable for each user view.
- It's a bit hard for those who are new to Zabbix.
- Check and double check thresholds and notification logic to avoid spamming folks.
