Pros/Cons
Pros
- It will allow you the opportunity to further analyze the data of google analytics. With so many excellent features this popular tool will help you to do basic and effective research on your website.
- Loved how easy installation was. You just need to remember generating these for each landing page, but otherwise it is so easy to just get the code and install it on your page, it's great.
- Hotjar is super easy to install and easy to use. I love the tools that get straight to the point and help you do your job.
Cons
- It's tough to think of a disadvantage to HotJar or a problem I have with the software. It tracks critical data.
- Maybe as I go alone this whole become more evident as to why the price is what it is but for now, it seems unnecessarily steep.
- Sometimes, when trying to hide the private information of a customer, it went overboard and aggressively hid a lot of information which was part of the app itself and not the customer's data.
Pros
- First of all, it's free, which is fantastic when competing with the like of Google Analytics. It was very easy to set up and data started appearing faster than expected.
- Data provided by Microsoft Clarity is very good and complete. Reports are very good and complex, you got a lot of data which you can use it to increase your websites traffic and user interaction.
- I was really excited when I found Clarity. It's an amazing service that provides heat maps, session recordings, user analytics, and advanced dashboard all in one place.
Cons
- The data processing delay and limited historical data availability can make it difficult to get real-time insights and track long-term trends on the website performance.
- I was always bothered that I couldn't get that information for my own startups.
- Sometimes it's hard to gather historical data when there is a glitch.
