Pros/Cons
Pros
- It will allow you the opportunity to further analyze the data of google analytics. With so many excellent features this popular tool will help you to do basic and effective research on your website.
- Loved how easy installation was. You just need to remember generating these for each landing page, but otherwise it is so easy to just get the code and install it on your page, it's great.
- Hotjar is super easy to install and easy to use. I love the tools that get straight to the point and help you do your job.
Cons
- It's tough to think of a disadvantage to HotJar or a problem I have with the software. It tracks critical data.
- Maybe as I go alone this whole become more evident as to why the price is what it is but for now, it seems unnecessarily steep.
- Sometimes, when trying to hide the private information of a customer, it went overboard and aggressively hid a lot of information which was part of the app itself and not the customer's data.
Pros
- Ease of use, visual/aesthetic ability is fantastic (really helps to keep staff engaged), and support provided to help get you up and running.
- It is a rare thing to find software you can "grow into" and that can actually help you as you mature your sales model. It is intuitive, flexible and excellent value for money.
- I have been very impressed with the Pipeliner customer support. They have been very responsive when I have questions and have good follow up.
Cons
- It cannot easily be operated offline from both the desk top and mobile app version. This makes some of your work inaccessible should you find yourself in place with poor or no internet connectivity.
- I can't really say what I dislike about it as this is my first experience with CRM platforms as a whole. I'm just getting to know Pipelner.
- This will be blocking point for businesses with other working languages such as French etc.
