  • Pros

  • Finally with SiteGuru I have a tool that guides me in the tasks I have to do. Great and the chat support is super efficient.
  • There are a few features that help you maintain your site and keep it compliant. Among them are the quality and SSL alerts.
  • Cons

  • It does not index all of my pages. It does not tell me what words are weak.
  • Navigation is a bit hard, sometimes you don't know if clicking will open the external site/analysis or the description of the step.

  • One benefit that we love is adding and modifying fields in the ticketing system to keep track of certain information of the customer.
  • Great library of extensions, integrations, and more. The forums are extremely helpful too.
  • Cons

  • It does lack some features that you get from a paid alternative such as Autotask,, things such as integrating into an RMM system.
  • What I dislike about the software it crashes most of them based on feedback from Adminstrator. And as End-user, the URL is not available for use.
