I can't think of anything that I actually dislike. If there is ever a problem I run into or want to make happen there is a work around.

The Visual Builder is the best part of the theme. You don't need coding because you can easily build your website with the integrated modules or you can choose a modern and clean pre-made layout.

Divi is an amazing software that is designed with attention to all the relevant details for successful web design and development. Using the Divi theme Builder has saved me a ton of time.

What I like most is that Divi evolved into a builder and that my design is leading, not the design of a template.

I particularly like the chat format so you can see once your query has been seen - this works better than tickets in my opinion.

The support was in the past always  ***** but it´s getting worse. A main problem is, that the support seems to work from asia, so if you´re a european customer it takes too much time for answering.

Being a graphic designer that has worked their way into web design I really appreciate the flexibility the software has to allow the user to create great functioning and beautifully styled websites.

I like how there are thousands of tutorials, templates, supporting plug-ins, and other tools that help me build websites using Divi.

I got a license key as a gift from someone, but had to purchase my own license because it's so awesome, and now we're actually going to buy the LIFETIME ACCESS.

I had a problem which couldn't be solved at the initial level.

Installation of other plugins might conflict with pre installed plugins , so you need to be carefull before installation.

It was hard in the beginning for me to learn, but not for the reason you would think so.

The integration with WordPress is seamless. The tech support team is incredible.

Sections, rows, dividers, modules are hard to fix in one place and hard to understand.

Excellent value for money. Awesome 24/7 customer support.

But what I like about the DIVI is their amazing technical support, they actually help you if you are stuck in some implementation.

Even with all the features, there's still features missing. Once removed it leaves the website useless.

Easy to use, and the customer service is outstanding. If you need help with anything, they will patiently help you and spend the time with you until it's resolved.

I can only complain about the way they present errors, a little more order would not be wrong.

It has been great to have this alternative to Google PageSpeed, I'm always using it to improve our deliveries along with other tools.

I love being able to see at a quick scan what elements on specific pages can cause for example loading issues.

Easy to set up compared to some web performance tracking tools. There is a WordPress plugin to add the Pingdom code snippet which may be useful for less technical users.

It is also a great tool for determining root cause of the issue, or as a jumping off point for further investigation.

In rare cases, when no network fault is preventing access, page starts to load, then stops, and after this refreshes to a usable state.

Great alerting system to stay on top of what you need tracked.

Simply an amazing product, that lets you stay on top of network outages and assess them in a timely manner. Very affordable, when it comes to cost, comparing to some other options out there.

What I like the most is that I can select the server from where I want to do the performance test.

I highly recommend using Pingdom, since it's interface is very easy to use and it shows very clearly what's wrong and actions to improve your website performance.

If you are using other tools similar to Pingdom you may need to choose between them and Pingdom to avoid having too many code snippets installed which could reduce website performance.

It works with my favorite content management system.

Sometimes gives a false alert when comparing with other. Sometimes it fails to check downtime, which happens once a week or two.

The reasons and suggestions are very technical and hard to understand.

The interface makes it quite simple to create multi step transactional monitors. There are a nice variety of options for alerting.

Has a good set of free tools for analyzing website speed. Pricing is favorable compared to competitors.

There are many other vendors doing similar monitoring who charge less. I have an account on a competitor and pay under $50 for an entire year.

Easy and straightforward to set up, in the same subscription you have everything you need to monitor your websites.

Root cause reports are sometimes poor and don't provide the needed information. No special improvements in the past 2 years.

That time I use Pingdom to make the client happy. I think this tool needs to improve UI/UX more, people like me will start loving this tool again.

I have used this kind of software for a long time and recently switched to Pingdom because it offers more reporting (such as load times over time). That is worth the slightly extra cost to me.

Performance has started to suffer as the number of monitored items grows.

The integration of Pingdom alerts on slack proves to be very useful.

If you have the budget for it, it's a great solution to track website performance and receive timely alerts.

It's a really good product, it helps to check if your servers are up and running. And it notifies you immediately.

Easy to use and great for keeping track of website crashes.

If their price suits you, it is a great tool, even their free plan is awesome.

I like that pingdom integrates with Slack, We use this plugin to determine whether or not our site goes down and when it goes back up.
