Pros/Cons
  • Pros

  • I like how easy it is to set up and use. It's really user friendly and if you cant figure something out, there is a very helpful community of people who can help.
  • Being a graphic designer that has worked their way into web design I really appreciate the flexibility the software has to allow the user to create great functioning and beautifully styled websites.
  • Things get done easily and I can concentrate on the design. If I find a 'road-block', the support team are totally brilliant to help me resolve it.
  • Cons

  • The support was in the past always ***** but it´s getting worse. A main problem is, that the support seems to work from asia, so if you´re a european customer it takes too much time for answering.
  • I can't think of anything that I actually dislike. If there is ever a problem I run into or want to make happen there is a work around.
  • Installation of other plugins might conflict with pre installed plugins , so you need to be carefull before installation.

  • Pros

  • I love how much you can do with it. They also have an awesome resource library to answer basically any question you could ever think up.
  • Very positive experience with Webflow, and highly recommended for more static websites that you need to look good on a variety of devices.
  • Furthermore it's SEO Optimization features really makes being found on modern search engines easy. The great performance of Webflow pages also helps with that and leads to a great user experience.
  • Cons

  • The worst support I've experienced from any major software provider. Hard to cancel because your site is built on their platform, I guess that's why their support can be so bad.
  • Additionally, the fact that you only get one admin account on the smaller plans is ridiculous, you should at least get 3.
  • The thing I dislike most about the service is the customer service, it's close to non-existent.
