Its really simple to use and to launch. So it really help me , since recruite users to gather quantiative and qualitative feedbacks. It has multiple formats. And analyzins results its really easy, with clear dashboards and easy exports. #### Cons Sometimes , survicate has issues with audience targeting, where surveys in wrong language start appearing on pages that shouldnt have them. Additionally, im currently experiencing a lack of responses to surveys, and im not sure why. It doesnt seem to be related to user behavior - it feels like something within the tool itself. This means Ill need to open support ticket, which is frustating. It would be helpful if the tool could automatically detect issues or notify users when something goes wrong. More comprehensive dashboards and integrations with tools like maze would also be a great addition. Another pain point is uploading specific users lists - currently, it has to be done one by one, which is extremely time - consuming. The usage of the tool is very easy. #### Cons We are currently on a legacy pricing plan, which restricts our access to many features. Survicate requires us to upgrade to access these features, effectively doubling our current costs. I believe this situation should be handled differently, considering we are legacy clients. While some incremental changes may be reasonable, it feels unfair to compel us to upgrade in this manner. Additionally, we are experiencing issues with duplicate survey responses, which are also being captured by the chatbot. Cleaning up these duplicates is currently a manual process, and I feel there should be better solutions within the tool. It would be helpful to add a sorting filter that brings all duplicate survey responses together, rather than requiring us to go through all answers to identify them. It's very easy to use. #### Ratings breakdown - Ease of use: 5/5 - Value for money: 3/5 - Customer support: 5/5 - Functionality: 4/5 #### Pros It's easy to create a survey, and the interaction from the user is great: the survey appears in the context of use. The dashboard and the templates library are great too. #### Cons I'd like more flexibility in the questions. For example, I wanted to ask users to rate their level of technology skills on a 5-point scale and I had to hijack a CSAT for that. Overall, great experience - just get in and play around with the features, because there are a ton of features and possibilities - and they are well orgnaized. I love the suggestions and the ability to edit from a template - and download results (with paying version).
