Superflexible Tool for Website Optimization & Personalization

trbo was supereasy to implement as a pure frontend solution which allows you to get enough experience of what works and what doesn't in your specific industry. If you have this down I would always recommend to change over to a serverside integration to get the best combination of flexibility and stability out of the tool.

Pros:

- super-lightweight integration if you go for a pure frontend integration - very flexible so that you can do everything from recommendations to content personalization - easy to use backend that allows marketers to configure the tool for most use cases - extremely responsive account management which usually comes up with suitable solutions

Cons:

- as so often with personalization the tool is pretty much a black box which makes some behavior hard to understand; however; account management uusally does a good job of giving explanations - pure frontend integration is kind of risky since you can provoke pretty nasty behavior/display issues by injecting HTML/CSS; therefore we opted for a serverside-integration which makes things more complicated to implement but the frontend enjoys higher stability.

Great flexibility and limitless options to personalize any element of the web as well as any scenario I can think of. Great analytics to proof value of hypothesis implemented via AB and MVT tests on the web. Powerful segmentations and great execution.

Cons:

You need some support for advanced features but you can get it from their support.
