I think this software is the best solution for protection of your system. Provides modern and intuitive UI witch lots of security features.

It also provides extended security features like website protection or mail protection. The app doesn’t require much performance to run so another work on your system will work as smooth as it was.

Changing to game mode can be a bit more difficult.

ESET is a smart way how to protect your computer from the virus and spyware.

Overall, I am more than pleased with the ESET experience - it covers every security issue I can think of in terms of personal/user security.

One Time i Got a Virus and the Virus blocked the installation of various Antivirus, then I Used ESET ONLINE Scanner and RESOLVE the Problem.

I like that ESET works in harmony with the computer's resources, knows how to manage perfectly and is quite efficient.

The only thing that it fails is allow changes on  User network.

It has a very good virus database engine, which makes it one of the most complete products today.

It can block things that I need to install, but usually works out in the end. Blocking things that I require can slow things down but not too much of an issue.

Logging into SIEM is a lot, but good information and great for investigation.

Hard to get it to work right with software development tools. In some cases, no proper solution was ever found.

This was done very quickly and required little to no downtime for the laptops and workstations across the entire organization and the installation of the tools did not ruin any machines.

It is easy to use, does not require log in everytime you open your laptop, unlike Cisco VPN and it is much, much faster. Installation and implementation was very smooth and there were no major issues.

I use Zscaler every day and it is a good tool that allows VPN. This is very very useful now that most of the people in the company are working remotely.

I am able to reach my company network from home without having too much computer resources dedicated.

I love that this VPN software is very easy to use and it does not even feel you are running a software in the background.

The configuration is spread across different sections which makes it difficult to make changes and configure new changes.

Adds latency, which can make profiling network operations difficult. Sometimes you run into websites randomly blocking you or asking for CAPTCHA due to routing through ZScaler gateways.

The Cons are the immediate disconnection when something is wrong.

Overall, Zscaler works fine for us, although we have had issues with connectivity. There are better options, especially for the money.

Its strictness is its weakness, Google services, You tube etc is not working if not mapped with your policy.

This is one of the best solution I have worked with, it provides the seamless experience better than the traditional VPN solutions.

It works successfully on all windows systems. It supports us to provide security simply.

Zscaler can be a bit of a problem with product support. Even if there are late turns, the problem is solved.

Difficult to set up across a global organization with broken out locations with individual SD WAN circuits.

There are few phishing pages which zscaler allows and the limitation of blocking Url's is limited which is not good.

After spending months fighting frequent issues that came up, I finally threw my hands in the air and left my company.

I like this, it is a great way of be completely compliant and you know that you only use company's pc for work.

ZScaler can be costly when thinking about using it in big enterprises.

The dashboard operations within Zscaler are easy to use with fast informative options to give you real time security data throughout your organization.

Still, this is a good solution for website monitoring, it will take time and testing to setup correctly.

Excellent software, replaces Cisco VPN which required log in everytime. Zscaler is seamless and very user friendly.
