I love iMindMap and for years I have drawn maps useful to clarify ideas, take notes or pit long and complex documents. It's an easy, colorful and fun tool.

It's very easy to use and well worth it's value. I love it's versatility it had everything I was looking for all-in-one.

This review refers to the paid version. I bought a 1-year subscription to the pro service when they offered iMindmap 11 for free.

Having been an avid user or Mindmaps it is great that this is now incorporated in the system, I use this each time I start a new project.

Its interface is innovative, modern, attractive and intuitive, synchronizes in good time between the different devices, and has perfect integration with the Google calendar.

That I have to pay an extra to be able to access Google Calender.

I can easily go  to Ayoa to quickly check off a task and get an idea of what my tasks for the day are. Adding how urgent and important is a great feature to prioritise when I manage to use it better.

Other features except mind mapping are very useful (visual task management, focus on progress etc.).

The mind-mapping package is easy to use and the radial mapping function a useful and eye-catching way of providing an overview of complex data.

The ease, visualization aspect (I love the bubbles).

Having a combination of whiteboards, mind maps and a task planner all in one package was superb especially during delivery of online tutorials.

We then converted 400 mind-maps into their system, and have been enjoying the new features and working with the development team.

This software help me study, think better, resolve problem, manage projects and to great presentations.

My overall experience using DropTask is very positive and I like the fact that you can integrate it with a range of calendar apps and Evernote.

Integration into other platforms like Evernote, Outlook etc. gets better and better.

Can't pin ideas bank which is annoying. Cant reduce screen size to show document I am working on side by side with the mind map.

Overall this software has improved my workflow and I couldn't be happier because the price is very affordable as opposed to some of the other programs I've tried.

As a result one has to go through all dependent tasks and manually adjust them - a time-consuming task and one which is prone to error.

The visual presentation of AYOA is helpful, engaging and fun. There is a huge variety of ways in which tasks and projects can be displayed.

Ayoa seems hard at work and the product is getting updated and improved rapidly since the merger. It's good enough for now, which says a lot, but has more potential for sure.

The user interface needs a huge overhaul. While I like the functionality of Collaboard, the user interface is frustratingly ugly.

I don't know if they were ready to launch. You can't write in the board, because there is some horrible lagging in the system, so your words came out as weird lines.

The infinite board feature, and the capabilities to embed entire webpages or videos for example are remarkable. The idea is that you can use it as a virtual and infinite board of ideas.

Sometimes I notice a little bit of lethargic when duplicating notes.

You can quickly get started with the pre-built, thoughtful templates. There are well-designed templates for every use case, from brainstorming, idea generation to presentation.

They tell you they are in shock (for the content loss) and that they are going to see the problem right away. But you never hear from them again.

I think the endless artboard is really helpful for big mind maps. I also like the Presentation and Facilitator features and that I can embed videos and pdf files too.

The most impressive feature to me is the search, where I can launch directly in the app an external application like Bing Maps, take screenshots out of it and ink on them.

You can share it with students, so the tutorials becomes very instructive.

I really like the price point for this product.

If you try to group a set of elements, it disappears, so you lose all of your content.

Availability of predefined templates. Integration of multimedia supports.

Also, they take 2 weeks to respond and then tell you that your mail magically has gone to spam. I believed them the first time).

I like the fact that the software was designed to be a collaborative tool, and that it integrates with Zoom.

Mostly I do chatbot workshops. Thanks to collaborad I can do the workshop from whereever I want and my clients can join from whereever they want.

The results are amazing. Few techniques can improve that much the speed to create, memorize and share ideas.

With CollaBoard, you get used to it in less than one hour. Not only is it user-friendly, but also perfectly made for any kind of teamwork, workshops or brainstorming sessions on your own.

Collaboard is a pretty easy to use digital whiteboard.

Overall, it has been a horrible experience. I think they should mature their product.

It looks like a little bit outdated. I also hate the zooming.
