The user interface needs a huge overhaul. While I like the functionality of Collaboard, the user interface is frustratingly ugly.

The team is still adding new features (the mini-map is very helpful!). It have several elements/templates which makes it pretty easy to use/get going with.

Great price to functionality ratio. In most cases it is easy for learn and use (with one major issue).

I don't know if they were ready to launch. You can't write in the board, because there is some horrible lagging in the system, so your words came out as weird lines.

Very easy to use software, very quick. Features like notes, line, text box are very useful.

I really wanted this to work for me, but unfortunately is an inferior product.

The problem is that it is poorly executed. Collaboard is in a very early stage of development.

I have been searching for a platform that can display my ideas like a mindmap. Collaboard is helping me to realize the depth of my work and helping to release the overwhelm that I so often feel.

The infinite board feature, and the capabilities to embed entire webpages or videos for example are remarkable. The idea is that you can use it as a virtual and infinite board of ideas.

You can quickly get started with the pre-built, thoughtful templates. There are well-designed templates for every use case, from brainstorming, idea generation to presentation.

They tell you they are in shock (for the content loss) and that they are going to see the problem right away. But you never hear from them again.

I think the endless artboard is really helpful for big mind maps. I also like the Presentation and Facilitator features and that I can embed videos and pdf files too.

The most impressive feature to me is the search, where I can launch directly in the app an external application like Bing Maps, take screenshots out of it and ink on them.

You can share it with students, so the tutorials becomes very instructive.

I really like the price point for this product.

If you try to group a set of elements, it disappears, so you lose all of your content.

Availability of predefined templates. Integration of multimedia supports.

Also, they take 2 weeks to respond and then tell you that your mail magically has gone to spam. I believed them the first time).

I like the fact that the software was designed to be a collaborative tool, and that it integrates with Zoom.

Mostly I do chatbot workshops. Thanks to collaborad I can do the workshop from whereever I want and my clients can join from whereever they want.

The results are amazing. Few techniques can improve that much the speed to create, memorize and share ideas.

With CollaBoard, you get used to it in less than one hour. Not only is it user-friendly, but also perfectly made for any kind of teamwork, workshops or brainstorming sessions on your own.

Collaboard is a pretty easy to use digital whiteboard.

Overall, it has been a horrible experience. I think they should mature their product.

It looks like a little bit outdated. I also hate the zooming.

The visual appearance is beautiful and feels like bullet journaling, and the ability to adjust the boards to any length or width is a fantastic feature.

They should also consider cutting down the price a little, the other option is referring to get more space.

I love the preset templates that Milanote offers and the real-time collaboration it supports. For any step along the creative process, I can  integrate Milanote to share progress with my team.

Milanote is a beautiful combination of UX and UI planning, and more. I've been able to use it for everything from website IA, moodboards, and portfolio design to resume-building and creative briefs.

Planning has never been easier, I am able to add links, images etc. It's just like seeing what your final output would be like even before it is launched.

I started due to a recommendation of a youtuber, and I really loved it. Now I use the app on my phone and desktop, is great to show and explain ideas to my co workers and clients.

Its a fun software, it really is. When i gather my team around it to start brainstorm a project, milanote works so smoothly and so intuitive, everyone fells comfortable.

It's great for anything related to creativity, like design, ideas, brainstorming. Also, the commenting and real-time functions work amazingly.

My experience has been overall positive, once you use it for design and content and the team gets used to it, you forget about the price.

I absolutely love Milanote and the ease of use for the tool. It's my go-to for client presentations and I love that boards can be downloaded into a PDF or word doc for easy sharing.

Pricing is too steep if you live in the Android ecosystem as there is no app for this system.

Milanote is a creative workflow asset. It allows me to rapidly iterate on just about anything that's how versatile I've found it to be.

As a creator Im in love with this software, I tend to do a lot of visual moodboard to pitch ideas to clients of my agency,but also for me to develop new workflows, marketing strategies and more.

It is also a great way to then share your thought process with colleagues and have them add their own ideas.

In my opinion, the actual price of the pro version doesn't justify the features available. There is no android app, so it's almost impossible to use on your mobile phone, becoming just a desktop app.
