About Epic Pen

Epic Pen is a whiteboard software designed to help businesses draw, write and highlight across multiple screens in real-time. The platform enables administrators to annotate teaching materials using interactive whiteboards. Graphic designers can sketch over 3D models and animations on a unified interface. Additionally, Epic Pen creates an overlay, allowing teams to highlight information during online meetings and video conferences. Epic Pen lets stakeholders utilize the click-through functionality to switch between different screens on a centralized dashboard.

Epic Pen is the go to solution to show people what I am doing when streaming.

PROS

You have probably seen Epic Pen in the wild already, it helps keep the focus on what is being done on your screen, and allows you to add extra information. It does this through the inclusion of lots of small "widgets", such as showing a visual cue when I click the mouse and screen annotation. You can customise each of these as you need, and set up shortcuts so it can all be done seamlessly when needed. Once you get used to Epic Pen, it definitely helps elevate your videos (how-to guides or streams for example) to the next level.

CONS

Getting used to Epic Pen can take some time initially. That is not the fault of the program, but rather a requirement for people to break their old ways of presenting.
