Perhaps, the option of not being able to convert the simulation file into a GUI is something that is still missing in Fluent.

It responded very well to the parametric study and I did not find it difficult to integrate with other software.

Most of the time, the answers are actually more questions, which rather point on to 1 or 2 simple things or, a new question alltogether, making the whole process of going to the forum, quite useless.

The overall usefulness of this software is way more higher than its disadvantages,  So, it is highly recommended.

If there is only one or two persons who answer the questions on probably a 1000 + strong or more community on the forum, you definitely need more people who could man the ansys forum.

Simultaneous use of multiple versions (for compliancy with older projects) can be difficult during installation and configuration.

It's difficult to compute a well refined mesh on low end laptops due to processor and ram limitations.

ANSYS Fluent is the greatest software for Computational Fluid Dynamics simulations. It comes with a number of add-ons that are incredibly useful for product research and development.

Thanks to its ease of use it allows a fast progress of the works, which allowed me to publish several scientific-numerical papers.

Superb I learned lot as software learning is better then book learning.

The software is difficult to use , and the acadimec version have a lot of problems.

Recently, i heard of ansys adoption of Virtual Reality which i think will be perfect for real time simulation of multiphase models.

It is extremely beginner friendly. Furthermore there is a help icon below each and every button which allows and opens up a browser which provides an in-depth analysis of the same.

The price is good and there is a good deal of physical model functionality from low to hypersonic. Significant V&V has been done.

I use it in all my CFD simulation and I have been very satisfied with it. I definitely recommend researcher to use it if available through their institutions.

Best for simpler and small scale FEM analysis... can also work for Solidworks imported mesh. Thats a plus and helpful for me.

Ansys is the best... for particular and more material specific analysis ( like i designed my in composite and tested the equallent model on that) its not that accurate.

A bit slow if number of meshed element are too large, a bit difficult to use for beginners.

In my opinion ANSYS Fluent is the best software for CFD simulations. It has several add-ons that are extremely helpful for design and product development.

Also someone with low or no knowledge of engineering will find it confusing and difficult to use fluent. Furthermore, the user interface is not too enticing for new beginners.

Ansys can simulate a huge as well as micro system in a quite stable way. Variety of files can be saved and get by Ansys software which includes excel, csv, pdf etc.

There are minimum requirements to install and run Ansys generally but at times, even those minimum requirements seem to be incapable of a ensuring a smooth run.

The long list of materials impressed me. Secondly, the simplified mesh was very easy to construct on ANSYS.

The plotting/visualization interface GUI is not as intuitive as setting up the problem and solving is.

Very easy to use and setup and they have documentation and video guides that helps you find the best way to use it for your business type.

I love that it has all of the things I love about Trello and Asana, but with even more capabilities and functionalities.

After the updates UI has also been improved to a good extent. And the best part it provides extensions to browser as well.

I also love how I can customize the colors, etc. Overall it is super easy to use.

Its intuitive, clean, incredible robust for any type of task and is clearly better than all the other crms,dashboards and productivity planners.

I found making task was super easy to do, also using the calendar layout was a favorite of mine. The customization options really allowed me to make it my own.

Because there are so many options, it makes it intimidating to use and can be confusing at times because you don't know where to start.

Overall I think it is a great tool. I recommend it to people who do not have a budget to build out a more comprehensive task management software.

Replying via email sometimes not working so i need to use discord for communication.

The only issue we have really found thus far is that some of the screens, mainly while using the Drag and Drop, can lag for a second or two.

It usually does NOT work. Other than the horrible, unreliable import functionality, there are a number of bugs.

ClickUp has a great UI with a good overview of tasks. The feature specification is large and it integrates to a wide range of other software.

Clickup is one of the best project management tools. It has a lot of options and integrations, looks great, is easy to navigate, intuitive, and is constantly being improved.

Clickup is simple but powerful and I think that's its strength. It is perfect for managing projects, single tasks, assigning them to collaborators, monitoring their status and for time tracking.

This is a great task app. For me, one of most important feature is the ability to collaborate with others in your team.

I loved that i could personalize the app to my liking. I also am a neat freak and love how clean the design of the app is.

Ve become a bit of an evangelist for ClickUp because their software has been so incredibly useful to us and we still haven’t given them a penny (but we’re due to soon and happy to).
