  • It's intuitive and easy to use while being very robust and comprehensive. Perfect for distributing work across teams and keeping track of progress and issues.
  • Some of the benefits that I found useful are listed below. It helps in tracking a number of tasks whether it is a new feature, an issue or bug or anything that requires some kind of tracking.
  • Cons

  • Some of the breakdowns of what issue the problems fall under aren't specific enough, and there are character limits for some of the requests when they should be able to leave more detail.
  • We've had developers tell us that they hate JIRA because everything is just too confusing.

  • Monitoring features are brilliant and gives us a total overview of where we are with our clients. It is so idea for when we have a new member of the team join us as all of our processes are on PB.
  • Easy to set up processes. Love the reports where you can see all clients and where they are in a process.
  • Cons

  • Sometimes there are hiccups in notifications, but we are still learning the system and these are likely user errors.
  • There are little things that you want it to do that it either doesn't do or you're not sure how to do them. Many times it's more operator error than software.
