Awesome for Feedback Process

Before discovering Cflow, we used to use Google Drive, Google Chat, Notion, and many other tools, but the feedback process was always our “bottleneck.” We also have some people who speak Spanish and others who speak English. Therefore, the feedback process was chaotic. The process took so long that we couldn't meet deadlines.

Pros:

I liked how organized and easy to use it is. Creating forms and workflows has an incredible user interface and user experience, even if you don't speak English, you can use it. That was my concern, but it has been resolved with Cflow. In addition, customer service was very pleasant, especially during the first month, as we had many questions and they managed to resolve them patiently. Our speed giving feedback saved us a lot of time and the final result of the content looks way better!! Thanks

Cons:

The only thing I don't like about cflow is the price. The price is per user, not a fixed amount. I work with different teams as a freelancer and have to pay for different users. Other than that, it's worth it.

Reasons for choosing Cflow

For customer service. They never contact me (perhaps because I live in Spain). The agency I worked for also preferred Cflow's user interface and user experience.

Reasons for switching to Cflow

Because the feedback process was complicated with almost all the agencies I work with. Sometimes it was late because I didn't receive a notification, and other times because the agency didn't have time to review it, but it was essential for the project.

Effortless Automation for Streamlined approvals

Its aa mixed feeling for me. I am much happy with its user friendly interface and easy adoption for simpler workflow. It helps in solving critical problem faster and efficiently. I also wish that there is constant improvement to make the platform more better.

Its user friendly interface makes this application attractive. we can design or automate workflows by just drag dropping which is really easy. I love the ability of this platform to integrate with other office application which is really helpful.

Cons:

It is a a very good platform but it needs a high learning curve to be 100 percent effective and efficient which will take some time. This platform might be difficult in implementation for extremely complex workflow.

How Cflow helped me manage my team better

It made managing internal workflows a lot more efficient and less dependent on manual follow ups. The no-code functionality made me work with more flexible at different levels of approvals, assigning tasks and tracking the progress. Best suitable for small to mid level organizations at a decent pricing.

Pros:

As someone managing a team, I've found Cflow helpful in organizing day-to-day work smoothly. I'm not a pro at coding but Cflow makes me manage the workflow in approvals and tracking the progress without any code. I was able to automate some of the routine tasks and customize the forms and rules to suit our team needs. The mobile access is a quick solution to access everything when I'm away from system.

Cons:

The user interface can be better. It lags especially when trying to make the changes to existing workflows. Limited report customizations. The analytics works great at the basic level but for detailed analysis, I've to export the data to Excel.

My Cflow review - Renewing the subscription for another year.

Overall, we are pretty happy with the UI as it is easy to use. The software is user-friendly. It is value for money. Also, the features are quite straightforward which they have made it simple to use for someone with no technical knowledge.

It has been a year since we started using Cflow and the experience has been quite fantastic. Pros:

One of the crucial features that we were looking for in a business automation tool is its flexibility. Well, Cflow provided us with just what we were looking for. Manual labor was drastically reduced after we started using Cflow, and it helped us create simple to complex workflows without a single line of code. The UI is pretty neat, and the functionalities are amicable.

Cons:

The only drawback is that when the dataset was huge and the workload was heavier, the platform slowed down a bit which again came back to its smoothness after a while. However, the Cflow’s team had rectified that with their updates which is actually an appreciable moment. They are customer-centric and constantly update the platform to suit all your needs.

From my point of view, I think every business should have a BPM tool to stay ahead of the competition. It has a lot of predefined workflow templates for managing our operations such as work order, support process, bug tracker, remote work management, customer product form, return product form, meeting note action items, etc. In addition to this we created workflows as per our need. Their support team is responsive and knowledgeable so they will be available there to clarify all your queries.

Cons:

So far I have not run into any serious issues in creating workflows and forms as the features are quite straightforward except for a few. But, when you have a significant amount of workflows to process, you may face some minor issues in terms of speed when you make some modifications.

The best part is that we were able to manage all our business processes within Cflow. It is flexible and has customizable features which helps us administer new projects, existing workflows, and provides accountability for who is working in which project. It is an excellent tool for project management where you can automate the processes and customize the processes however you need.

Cons:

There are some quirks which can be worked on such as the solutions needs to be fully loaded. For eg. Need simulation in rules engine. (Move, set & trigger)
