Therefore, the feedback process was chaotic. The process took so long that we couldn't meet deadlines. Creating forms and workflows has an incredible user interface and user experience, even if you don't speak English, you can use it. That was my concern, but it has been resolved with Cflow. In addition, customer service was very pleasant, especially during the first month, as we had many questions and they managed to resolve them patiently. Our speed giving feedback saved us a lot of time and the final result of the content looks way better!! Thanks Cons: The only thing I don't like about cflow is the price. The price is per user, not a fixed amount. I work with different teams as a freelancer and have to pay for different users. Other than that, it's worth it. Reasons for choosing Cflow For customer service. They never contact me (perhaps because I live in Spain). The agency I worked for also preferred Cflow's user interface and user experience.
