It has been great. As with any software there is a learning curve, the customer service has made it a breeze to figure things out. Anyone with any estate experience can install the program and be up and running immediately. Sometimes it takes a bit of time to find it, but any form I need is there in the program. The other thing I love is the customer service. There is never any delay when I have a problem that I need help with or an issue that needs to be addressed. #### Cons I wish the forms could be edited at the source instead of having to edit it each time you generate it. We have certain formatting preferences (most of which are not critical to the form - I think the word applicant should be capitalized in some instances) and every time I generate a document I have to go in and make the changes. It would be nice to be able to have the forms homed on our system so that they could be edited on the master so I didn't have to make the changes every time. #### Reasons for choosing Estateably Not Applicable #### Reasons for switching to Estateably I hated Estate-a-Base. ACL has the option to download all documents required for a certain task. The customer service has been great and has helped us to customize some of the features for our firm. If we ever have any questions we are able to speak with an Estateably agent in a timely manner. #### Cons At this time, I think the only improvement could be a chat help text box.
