Great app in theory, fairly confusing in use

If all the kinks are worked out, I can see Formstack Platform being a valuable tool for any business. However, in my experience, it did not live up to the expectations.

PROS

Formstack provided us the ability to register hundreds of patients' medical forms with ease, thus eliminating the need for physical paperwork. Patients could fill out their forms on iPads, and we in turn could readily see all our patients for the day.

CONS

Too often the app would have issues that we would then have to seek management/IT to resolve. Whether it be missing patient information, inability to upload documents, or just the app crashing itself. In my brief time using the platform, it certainly was underwhelming.
