Pros/Cons
Pros
- Gluu helps us to turn recommendations into practice, pilots and tests very quickly. It's great that projects are focused on business improvement, rather than IT.
- This tool is easy to use, and i like the intuitive way of working in GLUU. GLUU are good at helping to fulfill our wishes, they understand what we need, and sharing their insight.
- They have been very nice, helpful and fun to work with during our start. They answer fast and always solved my issue.
Cons
- My experience with Gluu so far, has entailed limited cons. Since most of the features that I missed in the beginning, were later released.
- The options to print the swimming lane diagrams can be somewhat tricky at times. The breadcrumbs stop before the main view, making it hard to detect the overall source.
- It is difficult to distinguish between the different process levels - whether they are main processes or sub-processes.
Pros
- It's probably the most easy to use platform for task management, the design is great and the overall performance is very good.
- I would recommend new users to join me and others to start using monday.com cause of it's useful friendly interface and great customization in it.
- All I can say is that this app can literally run a business, the ease of using this app. Monday.com is a superb app where you can check for ideas and implement it to the company.
Cons
- They shut down our free trial on us with no notice and we lost all our data for over 2 months. Customer service was horrific and gave us the run around.
- The only downside I have encountered was probably use error, wherein I set up 2 logins by accident.
- It's really difficult to consider anything I loathed in slack. It generally appears to figure, it doesn't have the conveyance issues Teams do.
