The team are really amazing and I can't recommend them highly enough

The product is so easy to use and ensures data collection is seamless and straightforward for our "clients". The team are fantastic and always available to help and find solutions to our requests. They're also very open to adapting functionalities as needed and have an ethos that very much aligns with ours to improve and enable corporate transparency

The only thing that might make our lives slightly easier would be if progress monitoring was accessible to our team, without having to request it from the Nossa Data team (who are always very responsive and helpful so this really isn't a big deal at all)

What was best about working with Nossa was the flexibility of the platform overall. We could use it from everything from regulatory disclosure to ad-hoc requests.

It is still an early product so the features are still being built. Monthly client success calls with Nossa Data team help mitigate any issues relating to this.

Nossa Data has high quality approval flows for our team. We have been able to successfully use it to process our data collection between relevant stakeholders. 

Overall our experience has been positive. One feature we would like developed is around progress tracking of our assigned tasks. We hope to see this in the future.
