Great software, easy to use and excellent customer support

Pros

user friendly interface, intuitive flowchart, excellent customer service and prompt response, very supportive to not-for-profit organizations

Cons

Have created several workflows and haven't noticed anything we dislike, we use free express version so are very happy with the functionalities provided. No complaints.

It is a easy to use, simple concept but powerful workflow system.

Highly responsive customer support, which will answer all of the questions from us in very short time. The Designer Pro is simple to use. By using the Designer Pro, the workflow is easy and convenient to build It is value of money, the licensing model make sense for multiple applications and large amount of users. We compared several related products, it is the most desired licensing model with a high quality product. There are many built-in features which is useful in the business. For example, reporting, notification, delegation feature etc... They keep enhancing their product. They are innovative to develop more and more new features to users

Cons

To have roles restriction in deployment. To have more fancy layout configuration. Least resources from the Internet. Issues cannot be found in Google Dashboard customization. More control on the dashboard
