Fantastic user interface. The data visualization functionality is very powerful and really helps tell the stories behind the data.

Its greatest strength is its flexibility to accept almost any kind of data and form them into displays with each other.

Main business problems for using Tableau are analyzing metrics for daily operations, specifically failure rates and tracking completion.

There are some limitations (eg. email alert layout is extremely limited, you can only drag the date range filter as opposed to selecting dates). Some of our dashboards load very slowly.

There are great visuals right out of the box, and very clever interactions that allow you to drill down.

Great at helping us understand our clients better and using data more effectively.

Overall a high value application, with planty of options and gave me an excellent solution for a costum dashboard.

I for one use it to visualize our budget spend and how we're doing. It helps when creating presentations, no likes looking at numbers.

Tableau does lack functionality and is hard to use. There are scaling issues.

Ve had the feature since I started using the zoom info. There is some dead data and they give you no way to notify them that it’s bad information and they keep selling their data to other customers.

Other than the great concept of ZoomInfo in general, and the great info you can get from them, I have to say the thing I like the most is their customer service.

Prospect and company contact information is updated frequently which has saved me a lot of time while prospecting. We have ZoomInfo integrated into our CRM allowing a streamlined workflow.

My experience with Zoominfo has been amazing, I was able to find out when people are looking for our services and reach out to them to close some bussiness.

Terrible customer service - they don't care about us.

In my dealings with this company they seem shady. High pressure sales, increasing price after we agreed, generally rude tones.

The data we have received every time has about 20-30% of dead leads (High bounce rates) We have contacted zoominfo and the customer services is not the best.

My overall experience has been great. Being new to sales, ZoomInfo allows me to quickly find contact information and makes my job easier.

If you ever need help, the support team is friendly and knowledgeable.

It takes a lot of steps and guesswork out with list buying or prospecting lists to add to your CRM. Integrates easily with Salesforce.

Some of the industries when filtered will not exclude companies clearly not in the industry selected.

This is a great tool for getting the correct contact quickly and easily.

The ability to simply get information on a prospect in a couple of clicks is great. The Enhance feature and integration with HubSpot makes our sales team work faster and smarter.

ZoomInfo has many road blocks when trying to use it for government agencies. Often the content is outdated or incorrect.

We went from adding 50 leads per month to around 150 per month just due to Zoominfo having a very good database of information and priceless features such as a ReachOut tool.

The only thing I dislike about this software is that sometimes the contact information is inaccurate.

That it integrates seamlessly with Salesforce and Outreach.

The overall experience was great. They send videos and demos on how to search for specific industries, titles and give you best practices to get the most out of the software.

It is frequently updated, kept sharp, and easy to use. I like the additional browser extension which allows you to search for contacts real time on whatever internet page you are on.

Zoominfo merged with Discover Org which is the best enterprise database you will find out there.

Another positive about ZoomInfo is the ability to view similar competitors of the companies I'm researching so that I can fill my pipeline more quickly.

The google chrome extension is also very helpful to quickly search for a prospect on the go and the UI is very user friendly.
