Pros
- What I liked most about this software was definitely the customer service. They were excellent in helping solve my issue and in a timely manner.
- Easy to use and acceptable by tons of merchants/sellers. I also appreciate their support, as they have helped me resolves issues promptly.
Cons
- I don't like the dispute process for disputing charges for orders not received. I have had many times when i did not receive product or received not of quality product and was unable to get a refund.
- The two things I hate about PayPal is its account limiting and favoring buyers disputes over sellers. This has promoted so much fraud.
Pros
- The records being detailed with their date and time is also a huge plus as it helps me look, investigate or keep track of what I need to pull up for payments and billing concerns.
- I love how everything is easy to use, it gives you control over a lot of things that stripe does not.
Cons
- The software was missing some functionalities that I would think would be standard with a billing and payment oriented software. The billing periods/cycles were not easily customizable.
- I understand the platform is just letting me know I can contact support for any issues and how but for experience users that know how to do this already, it can just be a little annoying.
