  • Pros

  • I like how easy it is to set up and it integrates with our environment nicely. The cost was very reasonable versus many of its competitors.
  • I like the options to deploy and personalize the options of AV in the Organization, an the response of the support is superb!!! always want to help to deploy updates of AV or console.
  • Cons

  • We have had a lot of issues with their cloud admin portal, either not working or being slow. Their reseller portal is also poor and could do with a re design.
  • Not able to detect all viruses during computer scan. After entire scan, ESET shows warnings.

  • We were up and running as soon as our ISP redirected our Email traffic to Mail Assure. Mail Assure is going a really good job in catching what it says it will catch.
  • The product provided the ability to archive and filter email traffic to meet my clients requirements.
