Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • We love the fact customer's choose which time works for them. It saves so much confusion and we have not yet had one scheduling conflict.

  • Impressive Customer Service. Very quick response time and very helpful. A lot of the default settings are already very useful easy to customize your page

  • Cons

  • Well, I love everything about this software, but I would be much happy if they can add some money integration features to it.

  • Would love it to be able to track received payments, and stop clients booking when they haven't prepaid, but that is the only thing I miss. Everything else is fab.

  • Pros

  • I have used several other platforms and by far this is the best one. It is easy to use, the features are outstanding, and they had the best customer service ever hands down!

  • Very easy to use, quick and clear. Easy to open from a mobile app too and our customers seemed to like it too.

  • Cons

  • Commision rate is reasonable but could be a bit lower (as a small business)

  • The admin system could of been a bit more "sexy" and it would of been a perfect
