Pros
- Best decision I've ever made as a young entrepreneur is investing in BK. Also, the CEO, is a humble, transparent and hard working guy, not some person you will never see who's behind the software.
- Various functions make this software very enjoyable. The way that everything your business needs on one dashboard is just fantastic.
Cons
- The software is very big and there are times where I find myself getting lost when I need to make a change.
- There are times I find it hard to find a function to disable or enable but after some time I find it.
Pros
- The ability to share a link in my email and integrate this into my website is absolutely amazing. My students love using the links in my email to guarantee a good time to meet with me.
- I liked that I could set my schedule so when I do community outreach, people can only schedule a meeting when I am available.
Cons
- Ultimately I don't know if there is anyway around it, but configuring each user and their preferences for email confirmation/schedules, etc. can be a pain for the administrator.
- I found that some people - notably older clients - had trouble navigating the software on their end. If your clients are less than technologically literate, this might be a problem for you too.
