Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • I absolutely love this this software. I’ve used it at multiple jobs I’ve had. It’s super easy to navigate and makes our jobs easier.

  • Awesome customer service! The rep is the best!

  • Cons

  • Customer service is mostly good but inconsistent. Pricing is slightly on the high side. I pay about $105 a month.

  • Only complaint is the desktop website, it's a bit messier and harder to use, but they have a great app so it makes up for it.

  • Pros

  • The customer service is excellent. The phone app is super straightforward and easy to use. It is easy to manage my time in both locations and they don't charge extra for keeping two schedules.

  • the service has saved me a ton of time. The staff is AMAZINGLY HELPFUL

  • Cons

  • really no major weaknesses sometimes the sync with google calendar lagged, hard to say though that the problem was with this app

  • Nothing. My only fear is they will add more bells and whistles and then up the price.
