Was great and easy to use. Also it was extremely affordable compared to the competition.

We had bidding wars for our items and raised much more than we ever did using silent auctions. We have had nothing but compliments on how fun and easy the site was for them to use.

The issues for me come in the layout of the back-end, and the fact that they do not provide any video tutorials and refuse to do a GoToMeeting to show you how it works.

Nice easy to use interfaces, very good support. All in all a good choice if you quickly want to start auctioning things.

The customer service is super fast outstanding. I had some issues setting up the API for google maps and little this n that, but the help and support I got from these guys took my breath away.

Then have a phone number to talk with someone when your having troubles. Waiting a day to hear back and having to check in to see if I get a message is painful and stupid.
