Since COVID we have had problems getting thru to system. Also when participants drop off it beeps and cuts out for a few seconds.

Sometimes drops callers and they have trouble returning to the conference call. That can be frustrating for our customers.

The phone version is fine but and the computer version is easy to use, too.

Free Conference Call is a great solution for small businesses wanting an easy, affordable option for web based conference calling. The Outlook add-in makes scheduling a conference call quick and easy.

It just works really well. In my use it's super simple, high quality and gives me a reliable conference call/online meeting solution.

All the addons are really awesome and it did exactly what it offers. I don't have to contact customer care and which is really an awesome experience.

However, if someone has the phone number they can call into your call. Secondly, they have changed our phone line without notification which causes a temporary disruption.

It allows more structured conference calls than just calling on the phone and at a price that can't be beaten.

The reason we eventually stopped using FreeConferenceCall was because one of attorney's office phones was no longer able to enter the teleconferences. He would continuously enter his pin to no avail.

I honestly can't think of anything that is bad about this software.

This service is so easy to set up and is reliable if you do not have a paid subscription to another service.

What I like most about FreeConference call is that it is user friendly even for those that are not too techno savvy.

FCC uses one link for every single meeting which is also a little odd.

If we didn't end up running into issues with dialing in, I'm sure we would still be using it today. In retrospect, it may have been worth it to contact their customer support.

This kills it for us because no one should have to pay to have things translated. We abandoned this service due to this issue.

Great Customer Service for set up of new phones. Account Managers are usually very attentive to your individual needs.

The online faxing is not integrated into the phone system and has a 1980s interface. The Android app has it's own problems.

We researched many companies and Nextiva was by far the best one out there. They were competitive in pricing and the best in customer service.

Their phones did come preset up and the onboarding process was very streamlined. When I did need technical support, they were quick to resolve the issues.

The dashboard was user friendly and easy to use.

I spent days asking to fix things but each time more problem and more things did not work. We were running in circles  with the problems.

I like that I can download nextiva onto my phone and that it has an easy to use app on my computer. I can easily see on my computer voicemails, who is calling me, who I want to call out to, etc.

The process became confusing, not knowing if we are talking with nextiva or another company. Nextiva refused to cancel our service and continued charging our credit card.

We didn't even let users know they could login--it's that bad. The cost of their service just cannot compete with the rest of the market.

After 2 weeks, they couldn't get it right. I wasted money re-ordering business cards and had to re-order after I went with another service that got it done in 10 minutes.

Integration was straightforward and fast. Customer service is always helpful and easy to work with.

Please don’t make the same mistake we did and get trapped by Nextiva.

YEAR 1: consistently terrible call quality and tech support.

Navigation of admin website was clunky, with user website even worse.

One of the problems we initially had to overcome, is that we tend to work quite collaboratively when we are all in the office, and sit in a room with something on a screen.

The software easily allows to integrate with ship based phones.

Needs to integrate with gmail - this is delayed and needs to happen.

If your company wants friendly and knowledgeable account support, Nextiva is a good choice.

Ease of integration, ease of use, I control messages incoming and outgoing. Support is amazing, anytime day or night.

Beyond customers lost and team hours wasted, even calling Nextiva’s tech support was made more difficult since anyone calling tech support was required by Nextiva to be an account admin.

My overall experience with Nextiva was a pleasant one. It taught me what my needs are, and should they improve in the future, I would be more than happy to revisit them as a business solution.

They clearly care about your experience with their software and go above and beyond to help resolve any issues or concerns and they generally respond fairly quick.

The apps on my phone and computer are pretty sleek. I also like that I can take a call from my office and then use nextiva and switch it to my cell phone.

They are functional, but not friendly. In the best cases, the apps require more steps to do things than should be necessary.

I love the integration aspect that you can have the app on desktop and on your phone. Additionally, as a current work from home employee the faxing feature has been a life saver.

Price is way cheaper than RingCentral and 8x8. Best setup process in town and includes Amazon Chime and free Fax.

The Nextiva app is Awesome Works great. We switched to Nextiva because they offered a better price.
