Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • Audits are easy to perform and easily customized. The dashboard provides an easy over view of audits performed.

  • Very easy to use, customer friendly, reporting very good

  • Cons

  • We found that the scheduling did not fully satisfy the most complex examples we come across, however ECAT worked very closely with us to quickly address these needs.

  • Would like to see more Templates add but to be fair the ECAT team are supporting our business in developing such

  • Pros

  • I like the functionality of this software. It is easy to use.

  • The product was easier to use for our guys in the field than I thought it would be. It's modern and the younger guys think it's great. We have some older guys using it as well with some success

  • Cons

  • A few bugs on certain phones but they are always open to feedback and update things right away

  • The forms are easy to create and customize but I wish the look of the forms could be altered.
