Overall the format is good. I like that it sent payment reminders.

It is easy for all of our employees to use with ease and that is the main reason we continue to use it. It has improved since we first started to use it.

I had a problem with support. They were difficult to get a hold of and when you did you were put on hold and had long waits.

QUIK Service feature is super. Converting estimates and repair orders to invoices with one click is so time saving.

I used Auto Repair Bill because it was affordable and relatively easy to use. I liked that it linked PayPal for letting clients send payments.

Auto Repair Bill has and overall good infrastructure yet too many glitches that are never fixed.

Simple to use, fast invoice  creation, customer records and a handy client dashboard making it easy have all client data on one screen. Carfax service histories are a nice bonus at this price range.

The labor time set up is confusing and trying to build an estimate takes way too long and is almost impossible for a customer to understand.

Our biggest problem with the software is the fact that you can not change labor dollars without changing labor times. The second biggest problem is only showing one phone number on screen.

The integration with vendors works great. Billing out parts and having them show in inventory with bin locations is a great tool.

I do find that fixing user errors is clunky and that not all errors can be fixed on the Shop-Ware side.
